i stayed at this hotel in october for a week on alinclusive, i found the rooms very clean, the staff very friendly, and the food was varied and very good, it is only a 5 min walk to the marina, i went on the quad bikes and the camels and they were very good value for the price, yes there were reps selling the tours but no pressure, i would recommend this hotel, (read more)

The Hotel Vincci in Port El Kantaoui was friendly and clean. The food was fantastic, and the service in the restaurant was very good. The beach was just round the corner, and was clean with plenty of sun beds.

Overall I would recommend this hotel, and we will certainly be going back. (read more)

Kindness, respect, cleaning and services are total unknown in the Hotel Vincci. They do nothing to help you like the tour operator. (read more)

The accomadation was lovely the staff were friendly, the food was fantastic and the waiters were very helpful, polite and kind.
<br>the location was nice with the beach just round the corner, clean and tidy, and the maid service was good.

Went to a hotel in Sousse that turned out to be awful. First morning there we found the holiday rep and asked to go home. She found us places in Hotel Vincci in Port El Kantoui and gave us a choice of moving there or flying home. Eigher way was going to cost us £600 so we took a chance and moved hotel. We were not disappointed. The service was absoloutely fabulous and staff were coureous and helpful. Food was delicious and varied.Rooms well furnished and tastful and were spotlessly clean.
