I was very dubious about hiring a car from this company , On arriving at the office which was a portacabin did not look very professional, I had booked the vehicle in Australia and fully paid for it including insurance to cover the excess , on picking up the vehicle the process was easy and efficient the whole process took about 15 minutes And the bonus we were upgraded to an suv which was a brilliant vehicle very comfortable and economical our hire was for 54 days and we had no problems at all . If and when we return to the Uk we will definitely be using this company for our car hire mainly because of the much lower hire fees and the great service provided. ps on returning the vehicle everything was checked and Given the okay . PPS they also have a nice new office at the Heathrow hire yard . Highly recommend

Hired a car via Easy Cars in July 2016 and elected Drivalia Car Hire in Alicante, Spain. Purchased full protection insurance from Easy Car. Arrived to pick up car and had hard sell from staff at Drivalia for extra insurance. Declined the extra cost. Staff member was miffed at this but not as miffed as I was when they charged over 90 Euros for fuel. Made sure the car was returned very, very, empty on fuel. So empty it was running on fresh air ! Anyhow, the day before car was due to be returned hubby hit a post and caused a reflector light to break and some minor scratches. Were charged by Drivalia for the damage and paid by credit card. Contacted Easy Car, submitted photos of the damage to the car taken when the damage occurred and the invoice for the amount paid by credit card to Drivalia. Within few weeks my credit card was refunded by Easy Car with no stress or any quibbling. As can be observed, paying for additional full protection insurance with Easy Cars paid off as Drivalia wanted some 350 Euros for something that hubby could have rectified for a few pounds.

We hired a Fiat Punto from Firefly at Pisa airport. The booking was made through easycar and lived up to expectations in all respects. We have had some horrible surprises with some hire firms, including some of the big names, but Firefly fulfilled all of our expectations and we were charged exactly as promised. Well done.

i never got to use the car due to accident prior to my trip. easycar allowed me to cancel my reservation with full refund if i provided medical documentation. they responded quickly to my emails. i will book with them again.

Great for finding the cheapest car hire deals. Easy Car dont hire out cars themselves, they use their partners. It is an excellent company to use if price is your priority... Had no problems with Easy Car themselves, just watch out for Sixt car rental as they are sharks!

I have used 3000 in France and Ireland for years and always had first class service. Definately recommend 3000 to anyone.

Having read some terrible reviews, was a little nervous about Easy Car Rental although somewhat reassured to see that Alamo was the local agent in Phoenix. In the event, arrangements were faultless, had the choice of more than 10 SUVs for our "Ford Trailblazer" level car and got a brand new GMC Acadia with satnav, additional drivers, and full tank for the same price as Alamo would have charged fro the car alone. Even had XM radio still on "free trial". Brilliant deal!
