    General comments: Leeds & Holbeck Building Society sent my account book and all personal ID, including bank statement and passport to another Leeds account holder "in error", and they don't seem at all bothered - it was "just a mistake". They eventually offered me £25 compensation, but they didn't seem to understand why I was cross.
