I had my hair cut & chead of highlights and she put in a few extra ones around my ears and underneath as I wear it up a lot for work. I then had an excellent cut & blow dry. Ooloured by the Creative Director in the Trafford Centre Regis salon. I had a really good consultation beforehand asking all about my hair and how I wear it day to day. She then made some really good recommendations about colour using the big charts of hair samples. I had a half verall I'm really pleased with the result, it ...

    very good
    i like Regis Hairdressers alot
i would tell my family and friends about the hairdresses and produts
    id describe it very positvely
i like how they treat you and how they do your hair its brillant

I went back to Regis even though years before I hated what they did and they charged me £10 for some conditioner I didn't ask for! Anyway I thought I'd try it again and my £38 top stylist managed to give me a wonky fringe and a chunk out the side. I was in and out in 20 mins. I asked her to layer it, she hardly has and the back is just wrong. I hate it!

When I first went to Regis they give me exactly what I wanted medium brown hair with multitones. A few weeks later the medium brown turned to blonde. I went for my next hair cut and the hairdresser said It should of lasted longer and booked me in for the next day which was great. And stated it would be free.

The next day I turned up to a very arragant hairdresser which stated she didnt want to do it because it was not her fault. (it wasnt my fault either) I waited 20 minutes which I was no ...

Disgusted with LV Hilton Regis Salon, booked hair appointment for wedding on july 4 2008. I felt the staff didn't listen to what i wanted and rushed me. This is supposed to be a highly rated salon but the stylist didn't seem to know how to clip in clip in extensions, used so much hair spray my hair was solid used tongs to curl hair which I thought was dated (ghd way forward), which caused tight unsightly curls. Was in salon for 40 mins and was charged $125 for it. Proceeded to room to undo my u ...

Contrary to many of the negative reviews that have some how wound up on here, I have just had my hair cut at Regis in the Trafford Centre today, and I have to say how brilliant the service was.
I was immediately greeted upon arrival and made to feel welcome by the gem of a receptionist. I was introduced to the lady who was to cut my hair and quickly offered the complimentary cups of teas and magazines.
Even though it was visibly a busy day for all staff concerned - they made sure that they go ...

The stylist seemed more interested in talking to her friend and planning her evening out than what she was doing. After shampooing and conditioning she cut my hair without sectioning, gave a very quick, rough blow dry and a spritz of spray. Took 40 mins and cost '£40.00!!

As I specifically asked NOT to have the head stylist while I booked my appointment on the phone, I didn't feel I had to ask once again when I was at the salon, but I wish I did. My bill came to £97 - I had a cut and blow with half a head of highlights. I did not question the matter, but I think I made a point when I didn't leave the lady a tip! It was my eighth time at Regis Hairdressers and my last! Make sure you ask plenty of questions before you have your hair done!

Both myself & my 8 year old daughter had our hair cut at Regis Hairdressers. I thought it was £23.00 & £13.00 for a child, but the bill came to £52.50? I should have questioned it, but I left it.

I booked an appointment as I was fed up with my hair and wanted something different. I read the reviews on here after making the appointment, and I was quite nervous. However, it was a fantastic experience. The hairdresser at Regis took the time to discuss exactly what I wanted and what I didn't want. I wasn't a particularly helpful client, as I wanted something different. He then took me through several different options and gave me some idea of what they would look like. I went for somethi ...

Because I had a 20% off voucher for Regis Hairdressers I thought I would give them a try for a shampoo and blow-dry, but it still cost more than my usual hairdresser. The assistant spent the whole time putting down my usual (very good) hairdresser, and said 'local hairdressers just do what you want instead of telling you what is best for you'. Yes, exactly. I'm not quite a spring chicken any longer, and by now I know EXACTLY what I want. She didn't, and it is the worst cut I have ever had. I fee ...

I don't know how you can compensate someone for damaged hair, but I do think I should have at least had my money refunded.

I would not use Regis Hairdressers again and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone else.

I needed an urgent appointment and turned up at the Regis Hairdressers Salon (it's within Pearsons Department store) and enquired about a cut. I'd checked the prices on the list and at £23.00 thought it was a reasonable price. I was then given an appointment for around 45mins later. The salon was very spacious, light and airy.

After listening to what I wanted, the only person in the salon (who also took my booking and washed my hair) then proceeded to take out what looked like a pair o ...

I went along to the Regis salon in the Trafford Centre, Manchester, with high expectations. I was very sadly disappointed. Although I chose a creative director to style my hair, in my opinion it looks awful. Everyone who has seen my hair since having it cut there have also remarked, that it is the worst haircut they have ever seen me with .

The shampoo assistant gave it a quick spray to clear of the excess and then proceeded to wash my hair. It was the most painful hair wash I have ever e ...
