They booked a holiday for two adults and three children then informed me bt Email that the hotel didn't accept children under the age of sixteen! After three promises that my refund would be returned and nothing happening that I am aware of. At 10p per min and unable to speak to any management this firm has got to be the worst I have had the misfortune to deal with. Therefore I do not recommend Thomsons Holidays.

The hotel had a lot of elderly spanish people who didnt realy like the children and complained about getting splashed, the manager told the children if they splashed again they would not be allowed in the pool.
There was glass both in and out of the pool nearly everyone got cut both adult and children our grandson got cut at least5 times and limped all through the holiday. We asked if they could empty the pool as it was realy bad but they wouldnt they said some french boys had thrown glasses an ...

We booked our Holiday in January for Egypt, they found us this hotel and told us it was a good price and it will be very nice as there was only a computerized picture. As far as I am aware it was due to open in March but they have now said May once booked, and there are still no pictures on the site? We are getting worried about it now and thinking what we should do for the best. For the time being I do not recommend Thomsons Holidays.

We arrived very late in the evening in Costa Blanca, there was no rep available, and I walked around looking for one, eventually seeing a man standing at a desk, no welcome hello, gave my name and was told to proceed to a coach number. I have now decided to cancel trip with them and go elsewhere I mentioned to one call handler it was my intention to cancel under the 7 day cooling off period and he said that did not apply they only take cancellations within 24 hours, which is total nonsense, there is absolutely no customer service but they will take your money quick enough!!!

Family are going this January and I am not looking forward to it. But it is not my decision.
Have been for three successive Januaries and each time there was a slight decline. Surprised it is still a Platinum. Hope the pool has been warmed up a bit.

I booked a trip to Paris and asked at point of sale if I could change the name on the ticket, I was told it would be a maximum of £50.00. When I went to change the name on the ticket it had changed to £439.00 and took a week to go down to £139.00 which is still more than they quoted me at the Wilmslow branch. The Strafades Beach Hotel is a lovely friendly place, the people and the staff couldn't do enough for us while we were there, we had a great holiday, while there it was my hubby's birthday, and he got a bottle of wine and a card from the hotel and our Thomson's Rep, I must mention our Thomson's Rep was exceptionally good, thanks for a great holiday!

Booked holiday to Marrakesh Morocco on internet. Hotel staff i dealt with were not very helpful. when i requested to speak to Thomson rep was informed office was closed. My daughter had a mental health issue and i requested the name and address of doctor who spoke English to be told there were not any doctors who spoke English. Brochure information is misleading - although it is stated that apartments are on a steep incline, nothing is said about steep access to and fro Hersonissos town and beach areas.
Kylie the Thomson rep was very helpful.
We booked the holiday on 6th January because the flight timings were very good, then just a month later they were changed to late evening return flights, they were moved up by about 8 hours. One of the reasons we booked the holiday was we always book day flights. ...

Overall Thomsons Holidays did a very good job of looking after our needs. I would like an answer to this question of the vibrating, because this was a problem on nearly every-one's lips, so come on Thomsons Holidays, and send a reply.

Big warning!!!!!!
If you take out a safety deposit box behind the reception area check it daily and write down a record of what you change as myself and 2 other couples had £ 40 strerling taken from our boxes between 20/11/2006 -24/11/06.come on thomson we are still waiting to see the outcome of reporting the theft an acknowledgement would be nice to let us know this is still being looked into. The rep was useless.

We booked our holiday in February through the Thomson Holidays Pricebreaker Brochure after reading about the hotels in Thomson's Croatia brochure. We expected a sun 'n' sea holiday. Fantastic! you save £100 (I think) when you book your holiday online. You would have nothing to worry about! Thomsons send your information and tickets 4 weeks before departure date. And you also get a choice of free coach transfers or you can pay for taxi transfers.

Thomson's holiday's web site is surprisingly hard to find, if you type "Thomson's" into Google they are not there, you have to type Thomson holidays to get them???
Anyway the site is nice and colourful, and easy to navigate around, although I did not have any other preference apart from to fly from Manchester and the site struggled.
