Booked my daughter's tickets a month ago from Kuala Lumpur to Nairobi through them and paid in full via credit card and receive a confirmation nbr. “Charged more than the official airline website was...”

Lastminute.com is not cheaper than booking with the airline's official site! I have bought a ticket which I believed to have checked-in luggage included (nothing stated otherwise), as the price I paid was more than what the airline was charging on their website for hand luggage only, but less than the airline would have charged for a ticket including checked-in luggage. I am flying very often and I have never bought a hand luggage only ticket. We are using lastminute.com for cheaper prices… Read Full Review

“Inflexible, Rip -off, Poor customer Service”

Outraged that lastminute were going to charge me 90pounds per person to change my flight, from an error that was made on my return flight (accidentally booking the return flight on the same date but in the wrong year). Also they wouldn't allow me to change the flight until I had taken my departure flight either, leaving me at risk of not getting a flight home on the requested date. Lastminute.com is terrible booking does not arive in the system at the hotel. Customer service is absolutly discracefull and copmpletly unhelpfuff. Want to know how lastminute.com make their money? By conning people! We just purchased a city break to Amsterdam, great deal for flights and 5 star hotel. Experienced issues with the website crashing twice whilst going through checkout, but third time managed to successfully book. Booked some theatre tickets for a show in London. The confirmation email said that the tickets would be sent 1st class to our address as long as you booked more than 5 days before. We had booked on the 28th of December and as yet have still not recieved the tickets. I booked a flight but selected the wrong date. I called customer service to try to change it but they closed at 8pm. I booked the ticket at 10pm. Their policy is you have to make changes on the same day but their customer service was closed to i couldnt speak to any one. The 24 hour last minute.com phone line is only for selling tickets not for changes! I spoke to someone there and they told me they would send an email to request a booking change. Booked a holiday to santorini last august with this company. We went for a 4 star hotel half board and it wasn't that cheap but we had been to santorini before and loved it .After a 4 hour flight we arrived to be told by the transport rep that the hotel we had booked did not exist on the island ! They had booked us in a flight to santorini. But the hotel was on mainland Greece. Despite the paperwork from them saying santorini! Booked flights only. When put in the credit card details in and clicked confirm the system crashed. We rang the next day to see if had gone through and was told no rebook if we still wanted the flughts. We booked again same flight in the same name, times, places etc. Credit card Bill came one month later and 2 payments of over £1000 each had been charged. Had to call every day for 4 days to ensure I was being re-embursed for the original payment and never able to speak to the same person. Thereforehad to go through the same security procedure every time and relay the same story!! Absolutely terrible! Booked a return flight ticket through them and when checking in with ba we noticed that no baggage was allowed and had to pay 34£ each per bag. When flying back with norwegian on the other hand we were allowed two bags each, so I thought something went wrong with the booking and asked for a refund on the bags but were told that it was suppose to be that way and that we won't get any money back. I booked a flight ticket through lastminute.com to China, transferring at Berlin Tegal Airport. However, I was refused to board because the flight ticket that lastminute.com sold to me has insufficient transit time. As I was making a group, corporate booking, I had to ring customer service in order to book. It took the adviser 3 attempts to process my order, and I was on the phone for over half an hour in total - on hold for the majority of this. “Cancelled my hotel the day before I was due to stay there”

I booked a hotel in Stratford Upon Avon in early October and was due to stay there tomorrow night - 15th November. Last Minute have just informed me that this hotel is double booked. I have theatre tickets booked so have to go. I am now desperately trying to find somewhere else to stay.
