At the time of booking the flight price was £ 91 per person, round trip, i booked for a family of 6 people. my net bill amount had to be £ 546/- but the invoice was raised for £ 917.26 for the same.i have made full payment. this is a complaint to claim £ 317.26 that has been over charged by lastminute company. we have made several calls to understand the reason for over invoice. but support center is unable to resolve the case. Booked a holiday package with lastminute.com and since the morning of my flight all I have experienced is inconvenience, disappointment and distress. “Do not use for travel if you need itemised receipts”

I booked flights and a hotel stay using lastminute.com. A portion was for business and a portion for a holiday. I assumed as I was selecting individual prices per night for accommodation and individual prices per person per flight I would receive a receipt showing this. This is not the case. “Still no refund after 4 months”

Booked on lastminute.com and on turning up at the hotel late in the evening was informed that I had no reservation and that lastminute.com had been advised both before the reservation was made and afterwards that there was no availability ! I could easily write for pages and pages, but no-one would read that, so I'll try and keep it short and unemotional (which is not how it has been, incidentally.. no-one wants to hear how this has nearly broken me on multiple occasion). “Corporate responsibility doesn't exist with this company”

Booked a flight and hotel package with Last minute.com, thought we had a good deal. It turned out that they sold us the products via Low cost holidays who recently went into administration! Last minute didn't want to know and quickly pointed out the company concerned was based in Spain and not covered by ATOL or ABTA and it was not their responsibility. “Very Poor Customer Service. Incompetent. please...”

I booked tickets for my family 3 months ago. There was a spelling error on my partner,s name. Since then I've bn calling asking for this to be changed. I've bn many times promised that they will sort it out within 2 hours at time 48 hours and all sort. I'm left with a day to travel nothing is resolved yet. Booked flights in November for our yearly family holiday and they changed the flights three times and then three days before we are due to fly they tell me the flight is cancelled when it's still being sold on there website, and after checking direct with the airline also telling us ITS NOT CANCELLED!!! Lastminute.com - bravofly.com - you should be ashamed! I wish to make a formal complaint to you regarding the appalling service that I have had. lastminute.com operates the bravofly.com flights bookings. Tried to book a holiday and they messed it up (not me which is even more annoying). Waited for 15mins to speak to someone at the call centre and was told as it wasn't booked yet they couldn't do anything (very confusing?) like cancel/stop/amend etc, ie. the normal behaviour you'd expect. Flights booked to Sofia - December 27th 2016 outbound and January 2nd Inbound. Email received by Lastminute.com on May 24th advising me of a change of flight made by the airline to January 3rd 2016. The booking was made using Ryanair (outbound) and Wizzair (inbound). The problem is that I am required back in the UK on January 3rd for business purposes. I am due to fly to Bangkok on the 27th June. The flight was cancelled by the airline and lastminute.com failed to inform me of this cancellation. I only knew about the cancellation as a friend had booked the same flight through a different agency who rescheduled her flight in MARCH. Used lastminute.com to book a flight from Toronto to New York. Where with any other agent you'd get an immediate confirmation, lastminute.com just email stating "thanks for your request" An hour after my booking I get 2 missed calls and an unintelligible voicemail. Update...

16 hours after my initial booking, still nothing!
Called again and told to wait longer! I asked to cancel which the operator said was OK, although the last operator said "you can cancel, but my get charged for cancellation" yet they'd not booked anything!
Yet to receive cancellation confirmation, but gone direct to airline, booked my flight and a cheaper price!

I've had a very similar situation. Have been told I can cancel my flights but the person I am travelling with is unable to cancel theirs and I can't cancel the hotel, so altogether we will have lost a lot of money. The only solution offered has been paying £200 on top of the original costs for a new flight.

After noticing a spelling mistake (I could not tell to this day wether the fault was mine or the provider's) on my last name a few days after buying a flight from Lastminute.com, I attempted to have it changed to the correct name. They refused categorically, which meant that I had to get a refund... a very partial refund, that is.
