We booked package holiday but realised it had confirmed wrong flight out of stn and returning LGW - We called up which was after hours @7 and was advised we could amend next day or cancel. Absolutely despicable behaviour. Booked what was meant to be a three star hotel on lastminute.com, when we got there it was like a dungeon. A small room in a basement that was filthy, unhygienic and frankly unsafe. There was no bathroom door, the ceiling was leaking a brown coloured fluid and the room stunk of damp. They buy up airline seats at cheap rates and then sell them onto you and make a 'small' profit as advised by the very unhelpful customer service agent who constantly talked over me and then decided to mute the call several times. If you need to book a flight - go directly to the airline and book directly with them. That way you know exactly where you stand. These people have no idea what is going on. “Failed to either confirm or cancel flights”

Absolutely terrible, for over 10 hours they were unable to confirm or deny my flights had been secured (I was flying the next morning). I ended up going direct to the airline and receiving confirmation in seconds. Even now I don't know if my flights have been secured by lastminute. Joke of a company. I am a frequent traveller and a wheelchair user through paraplegia. I made a booking, noting my use of a manual wheelchair and need to be carried on the flight -i.e. I cannot climb stairs.
