I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a trip to Barcelona. I found a fabulous hotel at a good price at lastminute.com. The flight times were really early both outbound and return so I phoned lastminute to see if they could find me any better flights. The lady was really helpful and gave me two options, one for three days and one for four. BOTH had much better flight times. She called me back later that day to take a payment. Flight was cancelled. All my emails return with automated responses. Phone call promises to find an alternative flight during a week are not fulfilled and even denied. Nobody gets back, even after promising to escalate my issue and to find a solution in 24 hours. Terrible customer service and stolen money. “DON`T HONOUR PRICES”

We decided to book a last minute break to Italy, so naturally thought of last minute.com. The price for the holiday was given and agreed over the phone, with the agent confirming that this was so. Later that night we came to print the documents for the holiday, we were told these would be sent but instead found an E-Mail telling us that the holiday was not confirmed. “attempting to changer flight dates due to bereavement ”

Unwilling or unable to change flight dates due to bereavement. Pensioner travelling from uk to visit his family in Australia and forced to pay FULL fare TWICE to change the dates by 2 weeks to allow him to attend his sisters funeral. “The LAST company you need at the last minute!”

It's as if Lastminute.com is set up intentionally to sabotage your travel plans. I booked a flight and car package from the UK to Melbourne.  had to go over on short notice and booked late on Friday (or in early minutes/hours of Saturday) for a Monday departure. “Never book with Last minute.com”

I am a frequent traveller and a wheelchair user through paraplegia. I made a booking, noting my use of a manual wheelchair and need to be carried on the flight -i.e. I cannot climb stairs. Last minute accepted my booking at a cost of £525 (I paid with a credit card). I was emailed shortly afterwards to say they need to confirm the wheelchair is acceptable to the airlines. At the time of booking the flight price was £ 91 per person, round trip, i booked for a family of 6 people. my net bill amount had to be £ 546/- but the invoice was raised for £ 917.26 for the same.i have made full payment. this is a complaint to claim £ 317.26 that has been over charged by lastminute company. we have made several calls to understand the reason for over invoice. but support center is unable to resolve the case. I assumed as I was selecting individual prices per night for accommodation and individual prices per person per flight I would receive a receipt showing this. This is not the case.
