    We just come back from the Aquasol in Palmanova Majorca travelling with First Choice. Would not go there again. Room full of ants, broken tiles in baby pool, found it very expensive in the hotel. No lifts, far too many steps especially if you got a buggy we were only on the first floor. The only good thing about it was the location. Lifeguard too busy serving behind the bar. Rooms not up to much, bath full of rust, shower curtain was filthy. Maid service not too clever. Would not recommend to family or friends.

    First Choice sold us a holiday in a hotel that had not been completed so had few of the facilities advertised on the First Choice webiste or in their brochure (for which we paid a premium). I wrote to complain but they fobbed us off with all sorts of excuses and implied that we were lying. BEWARE - First Choice is an awful company that treats its customers with contempt.     Well looked after by hotel and firstchoice rep Guy. Got food poisoning from speciality resturant three days from end of holiday. Good location... Great value for money holiday, hotel and rep excellent, Shame hoilday ended with bad tummies.

    I wasn't aware of all the extra costs that we would incur by getting married abroad. All the travel agents could say was it will be ok. We are still trying to sort out our wedding with only weeks to go and not sure if the wedding is going to take place. If you plan to get married abroad make sure you ask lots of questions as in our experience, nobody advised us what to do.     Friendly staff very helpful good breakfast clean rooms clean towels every day. We stayed at lagoon centre apartments very good position, a bit noisy at night as people dont respect other people enough now plus the sofas were not very comfy.

    Booked 8 flights to Turkey 2007 paid £1700. Did not take out travel insurance straight away. 6 months after booking we had a family situation so i phoned First Choice on several occassionst to try and get them to cancel flights and allow me to book flights later on.
    First choice would not allow this. After months of trying to get First Choice to change their minds I had no choice but to cancel all flights.

    The first time we had a conversation with the rep was the day we were leaving and she asked us what time we were being picked up . I thought it was her job to tell us or have I got it wrong?

    I think that the reps should have more knowledge before on the type of excursions and what is involved, so that they can inform visitors more we went on a trip which wasn't suited to our needs, more knowledge would have helped we wasted money on the trip we could have gotten better locally and much cheaper. I still do recommend FirstChoice.co.uk

    The holiday was good overall but we did not get any help or support from the first choice reps. Thank heavens we already knew what to do. But the fact remains we paid for a service that we got only part of.
    Would we go again ? Yes is the answer but we would have to think long and hard about the tour company. Foreign countries can be daunting and leave you vulnerable if left on your own.

    I have used First Choice package holidays before and this is my second time using them. I would certainly use them again and will be later this year.
    Remember your holiday is what you make it, relax, talk with the locals and enjoy what the real country has to offer. We did and have made many friends and enjoyed authentic Tunisia.

    Paid £1800 for 2 week holiday which was ruined. First choice offered a £50.00 voucher to be spent with them. Dont book with First Choice.

    I believe that First Choice sold the holiday wrongly.
    I thought that the trips were not worth the amount of money.
    I found the representatives to be unhelpful. I found that plane to be uncomfortable plane and I did not enjoy the film.
    I went to Lapland and it wasn't as Christmassy as it was sold to be.

    By far the worst part of the whole holiday was the airport for the return journey. We did the same journey in July and on that occasion were made to queue for about one and a half hours at midday in the blazing sun as were, I would estimate, about one thousand other people including the elderly, the pregnant and those with young children.

    May I say thank you to the first choice team that handled our flight to Skiathos on 15 may 2007. Through no fault of theirs we left Manchester 4 hrs late, we had to land at Thessoloniki, travel 4 hrs by coach then 2 hrs by ferry arriving in Skiathos at 4 am about 15 hrs late. As i said this was due to industrial action by the Greeks and at very short notice i thought the first choice team were very good thanks again for saving our holiday

    After having booked a flight with First Choice in January after being told there weren't many seats left! And paying in full we have just received a letter saying it has been cancelled due to not being popular they were unable to find us an alternative flight so a new flight is going to cost an extra £50 each, but because it will take a week for our money to be put back we have to hope there is still a flight available, they were very unhelpful and they will no longer be first choice but a ...

    Was highly disappointed with First Choice, in initial outgoing flight being delayed over 2 hours and will be seeking compensation. Hotel was self catering but no bowls had been catered for my partner or myself when requested at reception. I was told to try the restaurant then told by a member of staff he couldn't give them to me on returning to reception, was told to eat from the tea cups provided. I found this insulting.     We booked to stay at the Fuengirola Beach Apartments with First Choice. The Apartments were not exactly "Beach"! Well, if you consider walking underneath a darkened motorway bridge with vandalism all over it and no lighting, the beach was so far away, and walking there was so dangerous, so we didn't attempt it after dark.

    My family and I stayed at Jimmy's Apartments in Sidari (Corfu). I'm not sure whether our reps from First Choice will get to see this but I would love them to know that our transfer representative from the airport was really lovely which is what you want when you land at stupid o'clock in the morning!!     I booked with First Choice last year, firstly the sold the Hotel as a 5 star and it was not. It was officially 4 star. I paid for extra legroom for the whole family. Only three of us got it. Paid for children's meal, got exactly the food everyone got, extra apple though. My husband and I paid for champagne meals. Delivered on the outbound but not inbound.
