eBookers site is hard to find contact us page for a live chat customer service or to find a telephone number. I just navigated around their help box until finally doing a google search - "how to contact eBookers'. Still didn't quite help until I went on their Facebook page and wrote a post. I used to book a lot with ebookers and when everything is fine that's great but when there's a problem, get ready for a lot of frustration. First I reiterate, before a booking is confirmed an email should be sent to the inquirer with all details discussed over the phone so that it can be checked n rectified thus preventing such a hassle to rectify mistakes which can and has happened through pronunciations. We find with ebookers you do not get all the booking details in writing and you are having to chase confirmation about the room ie double not two singles, non smoking , breakfast included. I titled this are the deals, real deals. We thought we had a good deal but on chasing the information realised the deal price did not include breakfast. The insurrance offered by eBooker (Mondial Assistance) is valid only for Europeans. If you are from outside Europe, Mondial Assistance will not acept your claim even though eBooker accepted your payment for it. Had my last minute booking done via ebookers for Easter holiday to Prague. Confirmation for tickets was fast.
However, was unable to locate my reservation via airline locator record provided by e-bookers. They responded that this is usually the case for booking via agent.
Advise to those in similar situation is to check via "checkmytrip.com" or call airline directly - this is what I have done.

I booked 5 tickets to Dubai with ebookers. Ebookers got the names of the passengers wrong on the ticket, fault of the booking clerk, whose English was really poor. I contacted them immediately to inform them of the error.
