I made a booking with ebookers after having read the positive reviews. It said the booking had gone through and that I would be receiving a confirmation email shortly. Next day no confirmation email so I called them. Apparently there was no record of my booking whatsoever! Yet they were holding money from my account. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS!!!!! Ebookers may have cheaper flights but I have now spent a total of 3hr and 10minutes on the phone to them over the last week just trying to get a quote to change a flight and the whole experience has been terrible, all just for a quote!... yesterday I had a customer service rep literally roar and bully me on a call. I would rate them one star but it would not let me put -0. They advertised on a separate site a different hotel when booking came to and booked it ended up being another dump 15 miles away. I paid 399 I ended up with a 218 refund!! do the math disgusted with the customer service and the way they blame everyone else. I can not give a bad rating the choice or value provided by ebookers. But the service after making the booking was horrible. There was no mention of transfers during the booking and once I questioned this, I was asked for £90 extra for a 6 mile journey. Lots of phone calls at my expense and four days, and still no improvement. 1. First they told me that it was possible to change the booking of a flight, also the airline confirmed, then they told me that it was no more possible. The whole process took days as, in practice, there is no customer support (see point 2). I asked to send me in written the rules which I apparently agreed upon when booking. Just tried to book a flight through ebookers. Thought I booked it at 69 euro, only to find out an hour later-- after they had charged my account-- that my reservation was not confirmed and I did not in fact have a ticket. Had to return to the RyanAir site to re-purchase directly from them (as I should have just done in the first place). At this point though, the price had already increased by 24 euro. (read more)

I booked what I thought was a reasonable price for a trip South America-London. I decided to pay a bit more to avoid spending 30 hrs on my trip that could be made in 18 aprox. ebookers is the most corrupted agency I have ever experienced with. I asked to cancel the flight and they only give me around 5% of the money back. My ticket was from Berlin to Doha via Istanbul. Then I asked to use only Berlin to Istanbul and they said for that one I have to buy a new ticket for the same day and same flight with a very expensive price. They probably do not know what the shame is. They only think how they can get money. Typical British :( (read more)

We booked 4 tickets from Pnom Peng to Hanoi and Da nang to Saigon. Everything was confirmed so we booked several hotels and a busticket to Pnom Peng. Several ours later, when we were at sleep, they cancelled the flights because we orderded ao. We did absolutely NOT. So we were in big trouble, because we already payed for the hotels etc.... I booked what should have been a straight forward transaction package holiday. I pressed submit and my flight went through and not my hotel! It has complicated everything. Unfortunately I'm reading your message just now because the same has happened to me. The flight went through straight away, while the hotel didn't. I called and due to some technical reasons the booking of the hotel didn't go through. Now I have to book the hotel on a separate way because I don't want to miss this holiday and for sure it will cost me more.
