Good Points: 10% Discount in Cafe with Standard Card 20% Discount in Cafe with Gold Card Gold Card Holders also get access to customer lounge with free tea & coffee, free online delivery, free hem and sleeve adjustments, invitation to sale previews with access to discounts before everyone else
Bad Points: Customer service for store cards is GE Capital, via 'remote processing' - it can be difficult to communicate problems to them
General comments: Generally, I believe that the Debenhams Store Card is a great card to have,as long as all is running smoothly.
I think that the interest rates are not too exceptional but then, if you can pay full balance then not an issue.
I find that the Customer service in Debenhams is generally excellent but they appear go that little bit further for store card holders.

Got a Debenhams Store card on 26th Dec 2006 with the usual enticement of 10% discount
Returned the goods 27th Dec as it was damaged
The return zeroed the balance but this return hasn't got through to GE Capital - they still think they are owed for the item
Has anyone had the same problem ??
