    Good Points: Great staff, lovely pools, good sized clean and well equiped rooms. Fantastic beach for snorkelling and friendly helpful staff.


    Bad Points: Food is a bit boring, however who goes to Egypt for the food ?


    General comments: Been twice and I don't normally do that. well looked after hotel and a great place to chill. Creative Grand Sharm Resort is situated well and has well equiped air condioned rooms and two lovely pools.

    Creative Grand Sharm Resort was the best holiday which i enjoyed with my family we will be one more time over tthere.

    Creative Grand Sharm Resort is an absolute rubbish hotel - unhelpful staff, not fully all inclusive, food boring & tasteless.

    The food at the Creative Grand Sharm Resort is at best average and repetitive, if they serve chicken and lunch, you can guarantee to see chicken on the menu on the evening. Breakfast is abysmal, limited choice which included selection of overcooked vegetables. If you want an alcoholic drink at lunch time, you have to go to the bar to collect it yourself. Apparently the waiters aren't allowed to bring the drinks over to you. The condition of the restaurant is below standard. Old fashioned ch ...

    Staff very good. Food edible especially if you like chicken. Very poor reception staff, no entertainment, ran out of glasses and drinks daily repetitive food. Poor housekeeping, no entertainment. certainly not more than a 2* b&b. Out of the hotel 100% hassle. Not recommended.

    Out side the resort is very nice, except you get hassled a lot and does put you of going out. The rock cafe was great! Nearest beach was not to practical as you could not walk straight into the sea! Nice country would go there again but not stay in this resort.

    There are 2 swimming pools at the Creative Grand Sharm Resort. No entertainment at all, bars closed at 8 nearly every night. I do not recommend all inclusive. A lovely country, weather fab, bars out side of hotel lovely.

    Night life good out side of hotel, Swimming pools great. Lovely country with fab weather. However I do not recommend all inclusive.

    Hotel price is good and staff are really friendly.
    Grounds are well maintained and well established, air con worked great it is in a marvelous position with fantasia and the new el marcado shopping centre across the road

    Rooms are cleaned every day comfortable beds staff could not do enough for us breakfast was very good. We have just returned from Creative grand Sharm on 09/05/2008 location of the hotel was great perfect holiday we will be back.

    With all inclusive you receive your drink served warm in a plastic picnic mug not a glass and with no ice and if there are two or more in your party all of you have to go to the bar to get your own drink. There is no afternoon tea, coffee or ice cream for the children as stated in the brochure. All inclusive means that you have to eat 3 disgusting meals a day in the hotel and the advertised poolside bar does not serve all inclusive snacks only those that are paid for. The bar closes at 11.00 am ...

    Everyone very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean staff were friendly. Had to ask to get beds changed and also get clean towels. Got wise to the shops around better to do souvenir shopping at shop just next to the hotel. Prices much cheaper

    I had a great all inclusive holiday at the end of January this year 2008. The hotel was wonderful for the price I paid. I must say the reviews I read before I left for this hotel were really bad and I was very worried and nearly canceled my holiday because of them. I am glad I didn't as the hotel was nothing like the reviews. the only two things I would fault would be the enterainment at the hotel and even though the food was good it did get a little bit repetitive.     First time I went to the Creative Grand was in Feb 2007. I went with two other friends. We had a great time, the second time I went was in November 2007, I took my daughter and 3 grandchildren. Once again had a fab time. Go and see for yourselves, you will want to go again.

    Did not live up to expectations nothing like described in brochure and on website, would not recommend this to any one. Nothing more than a 2* standard in my opinion.

    In general a fantastic holiday. The hotel was great and I would highly recommend it to anybody. My opinion is to ignore the harsh comments of other reviewers of this hotel, as in my eyes it was fantastic. I would have no quarms with staying in this hotel again.

    There was no entertainment for kids or adults, day or night at the Creative Grand Sharm Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. There was no play area for kids. All inclusive was not all inclusive. The restaurant only open at set times, and there were no snacks available at all. The kids menu was terrible, and drinks were served in small plastic cups. Kids were only allowed one ice cream per day between 4pm - 5pm. It is not a 4 star resort. Maybe 2 star.

    I would go back to Egypt, but I wouldn't stay at the Creative Grand Sharm Resort, and I wouldn't book with Thomas Cook again either, as I feel thoroughly let down. I hope they look into these complaints. We also have 5 other couples who will verify what we have said. So I hope this gets investigated before even more complaints come through.

    We arrived at 11pm, and we were told had to pay, as the all inclusive had stopped at 11pm. We were put in a self catering room, even though we were all inclusive, and the rooms furniture was falling apart. Our shower curtain was held up by three pegs (although we were told we had a bath), and the room was overall disgusting. We were moved to an all inclusive room the following day after complaining, and it was not too bad, but it definitely wasn't 5*.
