    Good Points: Everything


    Bad Points: Tv channels wish we could have at least BBC world news, but other than that none.


    General comments: Excellent hotel. The room, food , & staff were excellent, not too many English but those we did meet we had a good time. cannot fault it ,and the skiing was also excellent. a great holiday and we will be booking again.

    Fabulous hotel. Excellent food, very friendly staff, rooms immaculate and tidied every day. Pool fantastic and also health spa area. Every part of hotel is top spec. Fantastic hotel in delightful traditional town. Not so much bad point but certain guests tend to walk around spa area naked. Fine if you like that sort of thing. Certainly no reason not to go though.

    Overall, a fantastic holiday. Hotel is an excellent standard and all our needs were met. Maybe you can request a balcony and get one! It stated that nearly all rooms had them, so we kind of assumed we would have one.

    As a four family party we selected Hotel Stubaierhof and resort (from Crystal) as it met 90% of our criteria. The issues we had were as follows: - Hotel's owners appearing to be very 'Anti-Brit' - The hotel promoted as being a family-one however, many non-Brtish guests using the health spa facilities were not adhering to nudity rules i.e. only permitted in the sauna yet not covering-up in changing areas which disturbed our children.
