Good Points: The first order i ever made was delivered, and in a convenient amount of time.
General comments: I thought i would go onto www.missgroovy.co.uk to order some products because i had just been payed from my first job, the order came up to 33.92, i tried to confirm the order but it said something along the lines of, the bank did not accept the payment etc.
I tried and tried to make the order work but it wouldn't confirm it, I didn't think anything of it. The next day i went to the natwest bank to draw some money out of my account but it said my balance was now 23.79, so i printed off a mini statemnt and it said 33.97 was taken out each time about 5 times on the night i was on their site, they did contact me after i complained. "we need evidence that our company have taken the money out", and they also said that on their system i never made any orders.

I have had a similar experience to miksi123. Miss Groovy debited my account the second I placed my order. However, almost 20 days have elapsed, and I still haven't received a single e-mail acknowledging receipt/dispatch of my order. At a guess, the product is not in stock, but they have not bothered to contact me saying so. It looks like I'm going to have to take matters to the Office of Fair Trade in order to get my money back.

I've got a new habbit - Miss Groovy shopping. It started with my GHD hair straighteners which were such a good price and arrive the very next day. Then I started on the cosmetics. The Eyeko and Duwop range is great and I can rely on Miss Groovy to deliver the goods cheaply, fast and with style.
Now I just can't stop buying, I've got all my girl friends pressies online and nearly finished my Xmas shopping already.
You gotta love the online Miss Groovy experience - thanks to them for making ...

I ordered some GHD Straighteners from Miss Groovy on Monday afternoon, and they arrived on Tuesday morning!!! They are the absolute best!!!

www.missgroovy.co.uk customer service is SO bad. Don't shop there!!!! I doubt that I will ever see my purchases.
