    Good Points: Environmentally friendly products


    Bad Points: I feel that the customer service is very poor bordering on unhelpful.
    Overpriced by as much as 80% compared to elsewhere.


    General comments: The Green Shop: I received only one response to seven emails sent - and a very terse and unhelpful one at that! Avoid this retailler.
