Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is probably one of the best books that I have ever read but I did find it rather sad at the end. If you haven't read it yet you should. It really is fantastic. Love and respect to all Harry Potter fans everywhere. Your loyal friend Adam Hughes

I really do love Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince although it seems to be orientated more towards adult readers this time. I can't wait for the next book to come out next year. The questions and possibilities for the next book at the end leave you waiting for more. We also learn more about the characters feelings towards each other- not that these weren't fairly clear through the previous few books. Overall this is well worth reading

J K Rowling really grips you and makes you feel like you're there! Like the Nastiness of Malfoy or the evil of Voldemort. The Horcrux's are pure evil, and they make you want to help Harry and Professor Dumbledor. When Dumbledor dies, it makes you well-up and feel for Harry, because Dumbledor is like part of a loving family. She makes you think of what life could be like if you were Harry Potter; all Magic and friends and horrible family.

There are to many things to say about Harry Potter and the Half Blood-Prince, but overall I was pleased with this book, because it gave me a exciting story to read in which I found myself in another world. Just a great book and can't wait for the 7th book

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is another smashering success of J.K.'s saga about Harry Potter. As she leads her masterpiece's "hero" into even more secrets unravelling some old ones, she prompts us to think about Harry's future giving no hints. Potter fans around the globe are in such excitement whilst waiting for the last sequel-the 7th book which is to reveal whole situation. There are many theories circulating on the forums about it, but I prefer waiting. With no doubt, I can say it ...

WARNING- This review contains *spoilers* There is one word I can use for this book that will sum it up for all Harry Potter fans. A simple three-letter palindromic word. Wow. This books displays remarkable key features, such as mature develpments of characters, as well as involvements in romances. J.K.Rowling has portrayed Tom Riddle's (Voldemort's) past exceptionally well, this main plot being an explanatory point for the predecessors. The end is shocking, but well written and almost n ...

***WARNING*** THERE ARE TOO MANY ***SPOILERS*** IN THIS REVIEW TO COUNT, BUT I JUST LOVE DETAILS. If you have read the book though, proceed. (And I suppose you have, if you're reading these reviews). I completely agree with squonk (other HBP reviewer). Both on his/her opinions on the books (except for the fact that I WOULDN'T recommend you NOT to buy it; it wasn't BAD, even if it didn't actually fit my huge expectations) and his/her ranking of which book she/he thinks is the best. Though ...

J.K. Rowling's, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, in my opinion, is the best of the Potter series. ALL the potter books are great, but I feel this one has the edge over the others. It has a range of emotions, and you notice different characters as actually being more cunning and generally better than you thought they would be. This is a really great read, and maybe my favourite book of all time!

I've been a fan of the Harry Potter books ever since I first got my hands on a copy of the Philosopher's Stone. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is definitely the best one yet! It will make you laugh and cry, and you can almost smell what he smells and see what he see. I recommend it to everyone!!

I was disappointed with the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince book. If you read the others, you of course have to read it, but all it does is set up the last book. As a book in its own right, I felt like I was reading 600 plus pages of ho-hum narrative just so I could finally get to the end. The end has a huge surprise. The first few chapters are good, and the last two chapters are very good. The huge middle section (500 pages) were dull. J K Rowling is a superb writer, and I am expecting b ...

The Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince book was better, and more intricately detailed compared with the rest of the series, and there are lots of deeper moments. The amazing thing about J.K. Rowling is that she isn't afraid to kill off main characters and to turn the most unlikely people into villains . I am also impressed by the planning put into them. There are references in this book to tiny things in previous books that have been overlooked but are vitally important. I personal ...

I read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in one day, on the day that I got it, and the week it was released. I have read every Harry Potter book immediately after it has been released, and each one gets better. This is the best one up to date, and I can't believe a human can write with such fantastic thoughts and perspectives. The style of writing is beautiful, and I cried at the end of the book. I recomend it to everyone.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is the best book J.K Rowling has released to date. I really enjoyed it. She is a brilliant author who takes you on a magical journey through the magical world of Harry. The books make my imagination run wild, and they are far better than the films that have been released. She has everything in her books. It's like a giant jigsaw that all fits into place. I can't wait for the seventh book to be released!!! If you are looking for a story with adventure, fr ...

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is the best book so far! I enjoyed reading it that much, that I couldn't put it down, and I finished reading it in 3 days! I've read my favourite parts over and over several times. I really enjoy the Harry Potter books, and my favourite character is Draco Malfoy. The films are really good too. I am looking forward for the next book to come out.
