Good Points: Nothing positive to mention.
Bad Points: Negative press.
General comments: Roll on competition changes because I would be the first person to switch from Severn Trent Water and never return on principal to this company, I had nothing but problems.

Should I pleased that clean water comes out of the taps when I turn them on almost all of the time? The best that I can say about the company is that the occurrences of total water loss are rare and notified in advance and I do not recall the water ever being tainted.Trying to engage with the company about a problem is like entering a Kafkaesque nightmare. Here in Nuneaton, you don't have a choice as to what water company supply a water flow to you - there's only one... Severn Trent Water.
The company uses water from certain areas of the River Severn and the River Trent to pump to it's customers. Overall, the water quality is good, and full of many minerals that can in fact at times be found in mineral waters, and it is free from any contamination.
