Good Points: - EXCELLENT response time of matrix (12ms); - VERY GOOD Luminance & Contrast; - NO dead pixels (as I observed); - GOOD OSD menu (highly configurable; auto-calibrate button on front panel); - Nice design; - Incorporated speakers & headphone jack on front panel;
Bad Points: - Design of buttons is poor (they are a little hard to press); - NO DVI interface;
General comments: I made the change to the BENQ FP767-12 because previously I had a TFT-LCD from another manufacturer (a well known one) that I changed mainly because of the: Response time (was 14ms), viewing angles (160/160) and luminance (it was set at 100% and wasn't enough).
This model resolved all the above problems and is also better looking than that one.
Some specifications include:
*Diagonal size: 17";
*Maximum resolution: 1280 x 1024;
*Pixel Size: 0,264 mm;
*Colours: 16.2 millioan (by interpolation);
*Frequency (h/v): 81/76;
*Viewing Angles (h/v): 160/140;
*Contrast: 600:1 (max);
*Luminance: 300cd/m2;
