Good Points: light, convenient, efficient, reliable, good on all surfaces. cannot fault it.

Bad Points: Well someone has to empty them.

General comments: bought my gtech electronic sweeper and daughters over six years ago. tried three others but non can compete with gtechsw02. only re-newing them due to general wear and tear, we are not extremely carefull, and they do take a hard knock or two. I still use my dyson for general cleaning but for handy and quick clean they cannot be beaten.

When my wife persuaded me to buy one of these G-Tech SW01 Cordless Electronic Sweepers and I saw the word "NiCad" I thought immediately that I would be in loads of trouble. We have now had it for several years, given it regular but infrequent light use in bedroom only, and this month, sure enough, the battery is dead. Last month I could get 6-7 mins of use from an overnight charge, today, 1-2 minutes if I'm lucky. It won't hold charge for more than an hour or so. It won't break the bank to get ...

Please dont waste your money on this G-Tech SW01 like I did. Worst thing I have bought to me it is not a avacuum cleaner, but a worthless piece of junk.

I'm well pleased with the G-Tech SW01 Cordless Electronic Sweeper. It's very handy and light to use and it is also easily stored, just a shame about the battery issue, but that is minor.

I found this in a garden centre and probably paid too much for it but my mother was so pleased I don't mind. I had never heard of it before and I have bought two other 'light' vacuum cleaners which were far too heavy for her to use and too difficult to empty. Certainly effective-right up to edge of carpet- emptying the tray lets you see how well it lifts.

Very light and easy to handle Excellent on stairs. Not very robust handle can be detached very easily. I am looking for a replacement battery so its not half bad as I miss it now the battery has run out. Replacement battery just under £15-00 which includes delivery

After years of lugging heavy fragile Dysons up and down stairs we were looking for something that would clean the house, stairs, kitchen floor and lift all fluff and particles. We shopped around for some time but were always defeated by the weight of the modern vacuum cleaners. The G-Tech SW01 Cordless Electronic Sweeper is ideal for all around the house.
Used every day I now only need to use regular vac one day a week.
Highly recommended
