    Very good food and service. Reasonable price for wine and bar drinks. No draught bitter only cream flow on offer. Would always use this hotel again

    The Imperial is a Brend hotel that has had a tasteful refurbishment in recent years, the lounge areas and restaurant are very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were good.

    I paid over £100 for one night's single stay and from our experience, the standard rooms can be a little dated with poor sound-proofing and poor views over back alleys and staff quarters. I think that with a four star luxury hotel it is reasonable to expect at least a decent outlook from the bedroom, so make sure ...
