    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: No customer service at all!
    Will not honour any of their stated guarantees!


    General comments: Do not have anything to do with this company or their AVForce AntiVirus Liteproduct. If it is not a scam, it is very close to being one. They will not answer emails or return money. Avoid them like the plague!

    AVForce AntiVirus Lite has terrible customer service.
    No receipts for billing payment.
    No information on Dowload via mail just a pdf file which helps - no.
    Still trying to get my money back or stopped even though they offer 30 day money back guarantee and 24 hour support - nothing to date.

    The AVForce AntiVirus Lite works perfectly with Windows XP SP2. The only issue I have with the software is the support. Once you purchase the product there is no way to communicate with them; for example: They have an email address sales@avforce.com which does not accept emails as of the writing of this review. Another example is their on-line support which is never answered/replied to. Another example is the fact that there is no phone number to call. Support = 0
