They charge way too much, they don't supply napkins and since the food is messy, which is not a problem in itself, they should at least give napkins. We don't like that it's so expensive, portions are very small for what one pays for. They were sufficient and friendly enough, which is great. We feel, when you order say, a chicken burger, the side orders should be free. They have this "sweet potato mash", which you pay £2.80 for about 4 spoonfuls, if you go to the market, you can get an entire bag of yams for a quid and make it yourself. It's cheaper to make and guaranteed to taste a lot better. All they need to do is change a few things which would draw more people in. We'd go more than once a year if they made these changes mentioned.

Went to our usual Nandos at southside shopping centre wandsworth, about 6am in the morning about 13hrs after our meal, my 16yr old began being violently ill, with severe stomach cramps, as no one else in the house was being ill, the only thing we could trace it back to was that she had mayonaise!
Usually we have a very good meal there, this is the first time we have encountered a problem.

The Nandos restaurant in SOHO (LONDON) very poor, my breast of chicken was hacked in half, when I complained the manager was very rude, and took 20 minutes to refund me the cost of my meal... she even threatened to call the police

Nando's is an excellent concept but it is a little on the expensive side for what your getting, especially as you have to get up and and order, pay and collect your own cutlery, plates, sauces etc.

I'm sure the whole chicken is smaller than it used to be too, so we've actually stopped going and dine elsewhere these days, there are some good value carvery's around like Crown carvery.

    Nandos on Broad st Birmngham
Not recommended. Food is not cooked to the same standard as The Nandos in the Bull Ring

I recently visited the London Bridge branch of Nandos and thought I would share my latest bad experience there.A staff member treated me with what I can only describe as sheer contempt. Her tone and her body language was utterly dismissive and her hostility was virtually palpable.I was barked at throughout the order-taking. For example, upon asking for a side of chips she was apparently annoyed I didn't specify my spiciness requirements.I asked her if it would be possible to transfer signature ...

When I went to the restaurant the staff just took the mickey out of my food. It seemed busy so I didn't want to complain so i just asked one of the staff about how long is it gonna take for my food. Its been 30 mins already the cashier told me it takes 10 mins, she then replied to me 'everyone's waiting so just wait' and then she left. After another 20 mins I asked another staff member about my food he replied 'i dont know' and left. So i felt stupid, didn't know whats exactly happening , i then ...

Nandos is an excellent place to meet up with friends, just you and your partner, birthdays parties. and it caters for all. the food is just wonderful, it is all chicken based but lots of different options, and you can decide if you want your chicken marinated in all the different sauces. i always go to nandos with my boyfriend and we love it we order the red pepper dip with garlic bread to start the i order the double breasted chicken fillet on pitta with salad and my chicken hot!! with two side ...

Nandos was not the place to go for a largish party for thirteen year olds, first and last visit.
The boys enjoyed the food when it eventually arrived after 45mins and the refill drinks worked out cheaper, with eight children. long wait, confusing menu for first time ,no help from waitress. had to ask for pen/paper three times to rember nine meals at till point.

I live in West Hampstead in London and tend to go to my local Nandos for lunch with work friends. We've always found the food very good and can easily be served and finish our meal within the hour lunch break whilst not feeling rushed.
I can't find fault with the West Hampstead branch.

However a couple of weeks ago my partner and I were in Finchley Road o2 centre and noticed they have a Nandos. Feeling hungry we popped in. First we noticed the restaurant isn't as nicely laid out as the Hamps ...

World class food, I always eat at Nandos the food is always cooked to a very high standard and the chicken is to die for. On the contrary however when ordering meals it can take some time especially in smaller, more compact branches. Nevertheless quality food.

I have been to many Nandos in and around the london and leeds region. I find that the Nandos in London give small portions that are often wrong or overcooked! When attempting to complain about this I have been told that I should have kept my receipt on the take-away. No matter how many times I try to explain that short of opening all food bags at the counter I don't know until I get home that it is inedible and then I don't know what to do.
I have now stopped going to Nandos as although I genuin ...

I tried Nando's for the first time last week in Birmingham. Good smiley welcome, nice environment, good choice, easy to follow menu, decent glass of wine and very quick service.

I had the extra hot chicken with garlic bread and coleslaw as I thought if the sauce ('only for the brave') really was that hot I'd need something to help cool me down.

The chicken was tender, moist and juicy but the sauce was not as hot as I was craving for. The coleslaw was fine but the garlic bread was disappointi ...

It's good but there are cafes and proper restaurants that are better value and faster and cheaper competitors that well do it quicker so Nandos better be careful that it doesn't fall through the cracks.

I was attracted to Nando's being a bit of a foody and excited by this potential authentic Portuguese eating experience. The exterior of the restaurant looked appealing; the Portuguese cockerel, the logo for Nando's insinuated an awareness of traditional Portugal, so in I went.

We were seated by a friendly waitress, the drink spillage on the table seeming to evade her vision. We were given the Nando's debriefing of 'have you been to Nando's before?' where we had explained to us that we must col ...

Enjoyable meal, pleasant suroundings, tasty food, even hottest food wasn't very hot, but you can add chilli sauces to make it so. I didn't like having to go to till to pay before meal, then pay again when we wanted another drink, and again to pay for dessert, get the drift.

I visited the Nando's, Riverside, Norwich. The cafe paying concept (you order and pay for food at till before it is cooked) was a surprise but well explained by the very friendly staff. The toilets were very clean. The restaurant has a rustic Portuguese feel, which isn't too over the top.We had to wait a total of 45 minutes from placing our order at the till until our meal was brought to us.I ordered the chicken burger with coleslaw and fries as side orders. The coleslaw was disappointing cheap su ...

I had visited Nandos, in Colchester. My partner ordered our meal, including a childrens veggie burger at £3.99. The waiter made the mistake of putting it through as an adult meal and asking my partner what salad he wanted on the side. Prompted by the waiter, my partner assumed that you get a salad with the child's meal and requested the Caesar Salad as indicated by the waiter. He paid the waiter and bought the receipt back to me. I noticed the mistake in good time before our meal arrived ...
