Veet Ready To Use Wax Strips - (From a regular long term user of waxing products and epilator)Good: - hardly any preparation time- if you get correct temperature, removes longer (over 3mm) leg hairs- strip will stay sticky for multiple goes if you rub it tightly onto legBad:- strips are stiff = difficult on knees.- often have to go over patches repeatedly = irritated skin- leaves stubble- wax comes off strips = stays on skin, gets on hands, then everything else gets stuck to you. If you use talc its useless - using an epilator under arms and bikini is miles less painful than this product (and doesn't leave them with sticky clumps either)- insoluble to any safe substances (i.e. have to remove it from hands with nail polish remover as moisturisers/oils/soaps don't seem to work - hence just get stuck with it on areas that have been waxed)- tried this a few times now, both to see if it improves with practice and because there was little left on the shop's shelf...finally decided its really just not worth feeling like a fly sticker!

It seemed simple enough to do before I actually tried. Mostly what happened was that I applied the strip as per the instructions, then pulled it off, leaving the gel (which doesn't smell too nice) and all my hair still on my legs. The gel was really difficult to get off too. I tried several different things but whatever I did, the hairs weren't removed.

I used the veet bikini hair removal ... and to be honest it seemed to take a layer of skin off and leave all the hair there! determined 2 get rid of it i used a couple of strips in the same place (ouch!) and it still didn't work.... just left me as hairy as i started off! I feel as though this product was a pointless waste of time and money for me.

I think I'd buy these again. It was nice that they were mess free. At times, I found it difficult to warm the strips like they recommended. I have a few stray strands of hair on my legs, but I think they were mostly fuzzy hairs than the long ones that really show. I have fine blond hair, so it's ok for me. I don't know how well they'd work for people with really coarse, dark hair. But if you're like me, with soft, fine blond hair, I definitely recommend.

This has got to be one of the worst beauty products I have ever bought! I thought it was a complete waste of time and money. I specifically picked out the ones designed for sensitive skin, thinking it would be a lot more gentle, but after I used the product I had very sore and red skin! And to make it worst my legs were left feeling anything but smooth.. they were still stubbly and looking really horrible! I found myself going over the same patch with absolutely nothing happening but putting me ...

I found that the Veet waxing strips were an entire waste of my money. I got the bikini and under arm kit and it didn't work for either place. I have waxed once before and it worked a treat, however that was with a different product. The after feel on my skin was rough stubble which was very red and sore. I also had around 60% remaining hairs left behind. What's worse is that within 2-3 days all the hair had grown back again which I do not expect from waxing. Even the box says 4 weeks! I have als ...

I bought the Veet ready to use hair removal wax strips for use on my upper lip. (I'm dark haired so it can be pretty prominent sometimes) and I'm absolutely overjoyed by the results.I've gone through tedious years of creams and waxes trying to minimise and remove the hair, and I can safely say I've finally found what I was looking for. The wax strips are for normal skin, you get 20 strips and 4 finish wipes which moisturise and remove any left over wax. I used the strips in the pink box with the ...

I tried Veet Ready To Use Wax Strips several times with several hair lengths following the instructions and both times little to none of my hair was removed. I was disappointed.

I used nair wax strips and they worked great, but I didn't see them at the store so I picked up these veet strips. They looked the same, but didn't work the same. with the nair strips I didn't even have to pluck remaining hairs. Veet left me with a lot of longer hairs I would have expected it to remove. I wouldn't recommend these and in my opinion they were expensive for how bad they worked for me.

I recommend, it saves money. Try the sensitive skin type for less irritation.

I think the problem is that once a section is super sticky and covered in the stuff, it's hard to try waxing there again to get the stray hairs that were missed.
I think, if you're patient, just do each section once without worrying about stray hairs. Then wipe it all off with baby oil, rinse, towel-dry, and do it over again.

It did not remove much of my hair at all and I found that many of the hairs it did take, were broken off, not taken from the root the way wax is supposed to work. I tried allowing the hair to grow out a little longer, most was 1/4" and it still didn't get much of it at all. Not as painful as some other methods I have tried.
Overall, I was very disappointed. I felt it was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend this product at all.

Not too painful, possibly because they don't remove any hair. Left sticky wax on legs and pits, difficult to remove. Would not remove hair on legs or pits. Veet Ready To Use Wax Strip is an absolute waste of money!

First time i have used these strips they didn't remove any hair off my legs whatsoever. Then i tried them on my armpits and again didn't remove any hair and under my arms have been sore for 2 days definitely wouldn't recommend anyone buying these.

I will never use Veet again as it has given me nothing but agony. This was the first time I have used wax and this experience has put me off for life. It's probably better to use natural waxing products rather than these chemically produced things.
