“Credit where credit's due!”

Can't really fault the service offered. Was struggling to find a small loan for home improvements and upcoming wedding. I knew that I had many recent searches on my credit file, so mainstream lenders were automatically declining me (despite a perefectly good credit history and income). Freedom Finance found me a loan at a reasonable rate (with Creation Finance). I was still dubious of being accepted as Freedom only instructs a 'soft search' of your credit file. I do not recommend freedom Finance, I have found out much to our dismay that Freedom Finance ONLY process the loans on behalf of Bespoke Finance and Bespoke Finance in my opinion. I found this out when I made a complaint to them and was told "we did not sell the loan we processed on behalf of Bespoke Finance and when they gave me their address and phone number it was in Gibraltar. I have now telephoned Freedom Finance and they say that they are brokers on thier own right as well as processing for Bespoke. I do not understand as the website says "process on behalf of Bespoke". This i find totally confusing

Kept me hanging on for ages in my opinion.. Unhelpful Operators who as far as I am concerned are very frustrating.

Certainly not worth being with them as a company if you can cope with their bad customer service. I do not recommend www.freedomfinance.co.uk. (read more)

I used the Freedom Finance website to help sort myself out with a nice little loan. The website is very easy to navigate and makes getting your loan as easy and jargon free as possible. You simply have to go through Freedom's Five Step plan and Bob's your uncle!

You can also go back to your quote at any point, which is handy if you want to shop for loans at other places. The rates are competitive and as a result I was well pleased with the arrangement. So far, so good!!! (read more)
