    Good Points: It makes a reasonable job at low temperatures


    Bad Points: My detergent drawer is permanently blocked and mouldy
    Washing smells of mould sometimes despite running machine at 90 degrees whilst empty (not very environmentally sound!)


    General comments: I have NEVER owned a wachine machine that needs the detergent drawer cleaning all the time like this
    Bosch WFL2872. I have owned cheaper, lesser machines that have performed far better than this Bosch.
    Also have never experienced this mouldy smell on clothes before. Am seriously thinking of replacing this machine

    Not very good. Fills up with water, then pump doesn't pump water out of drum. Only had it for 3 years, won't buy another one, not recommended.

    The first thing we noticed about the Bosch machine was just how wet the clothes are even after the 1400 spin compared to our old machine which had a 1000 spin. Then after about 8 months we started to notice white powder marks on clothes so we rang for Bosch to come out to it. They would not come out at first and instead told us to use less powder and do a boil wash twice a month. This helped but did not solve the problem so we got them to come out to fix it.
