    OMG love film have charged me evan though am in my free trial and they did it without consulting me first i think they should as what about if we did it back and the call centre in India just couldn't understand me and i have to speak like he-ll-o i just wanted to cancel my subscription with them as they where no help what so Eva and it hadn't got any contract on it so i did it and she said i had to pay 2 months in advance first i might switch to blockbuster they might be more reliable i do recommend them.

    Australia--I was riveted to this gutsy well-acted film.It was ,I thought, full of excitement and pathos. the aboriginal child telling the story was inspirational.Wonderful photography of the immense but beautiful alien landscapes of Australia. More more of this quality please. Did find ,however, Nichol Kidman,s accent abit too btittle.

    OMG signing up to love film was the biggest mistake of my life....i have never been so frustrated!!...after finding a cheaper service i decided to cancel my love film account and thats when the nightmare began!!..(1)i had to spend an hour spelling out what i was saying because the idian call centre worker didnt understand me..she didnt let me cancel until 5days b4 my next billing date..so i did and i continued to get charged ..so i canceled AGAIN and was reassured i wouldnt get charged again..so ...

    Poor quality. Most discs were unwatchable due to scratches.

    I do not see why people are complaining about LOVEFiLM. They are an excellant company. I have been with them since February 2009 and have never had any problems with them. On the odd occasion a disc isn't sent on the same day but is always the next working day.

    Their customer services are absolutely fantastic. All very friendly and have never had a problem with any of their staff.

    Only slight drawback would be when signing up even for a free trial you have to give credit or debit card details. ...

    like others, i joined lovefilm after being with amazon. i went your the two free weeks, wow 16 discs within that time, i went for 2 discs'unlimited'. ok, i started to pay the service now managed to give me 4 discs aweek. For back catalog lovefilm was 80% ok. new films i think within the year i was with them i had...6. Then the messing around, titles not being booked back, slow turn around.Dropped me down to 2 titles a week.ok not good.so i left and went for Tesco rental.....only to find. This is ...

    I wish the rating had an option for no stars as i would select that!

    Love Film never had the dvds i wanted - always received my bottom list.

    Customer service - barely speak english - very difficult to understand. never never using them again - complete waste of money

    I have been a Love Film member since 2007, and in recent months the service has become slow to non stop, and now they're is a problem with them taking payment and they have the worst CS going. They have suspended my acount and its just ridiculous. Bank said the problem is with them. I ahve never known a company like them. Avoid them they are plain awful.

    Disk after disk were faulty and to cancel, well that's another story. Still trying to obtain a refund as I'm not paying for something I've not used. Hopefully Love Film will return my tiny claim or it's off to the small claims court. More hassel than it's worth so please take my advice or I hope your disks work

    I was with amazon(which I loved and recommended to everyone) before they sold to Love film - now i cannot order my film list in any more detail than top, middle or bottom, and I always seem to get at least one from my bottom section normally two with one from the middle. their turn around is slower, and generally service is rubbish

    I signed up for a free trial with LoveFilm on 30 July, which should have taken me to 30 August. During the trial I ordered a DVD, and got a blu-ray disc which I couldn't watch - great start!

    On 1 September I was charged 12.72. I had requested to lower my package before the end of the trial as I was assured I could do this by the salesgirl, but obviously they want a months notice. That's fine, so I'll be expecting 2 dvd's at a time, unlimited dvd's throughout the month then? Errr, maybe not, th ...

    I've been lucky enough to get several free trials with LoveFilm and affiliated companies (Tesco, Sofa Cinema) and have only had great service. I also had a period as a paying customer and found LoveFilm to be exceptional. Turnaround is incredibly quick and on the whole, they send discs from near the top of your list. A few months in, and they do start sending discs that are nearer the bottom of the list, but delivery is still super quick. I'm currently using a free trial with Blockbuster and hav ...

    Started off and Lovefilm were great,fast turn arounds and sending films out from the top of my list. Then my free trial ended. Now five months on films never get turnaround in a day and the amount of time it takes to get my discs has increased too. Lovefilm appear to be making the fatal mistake of thinking building a business means getting more and more new clients without looking after the old means.

    I used amazon'S DVD rental and found their service to be good. When they moved to lovefilm I was initially impressed with the apparent choice. However it soon irritated me that I couldn't predictably get my top-choice films.

    Love Film Service and turn-around (re-dispatch) times are becoming increasingly slower and now takes days. Saturday is now not a re-dispatch day; a service deterioration that the company has kept secret from its customers.

    Love Film is by far best home delivery DVD service, Have to admit after two years I am struggling to fill the list up but I have recieved everything I want in good order, I can only assume if you don't it could be as you are asking for New releases? Mostly I have been getting old TV shows and older films and get them all quickly.

    We were with Love Film for nearly a year and finally left, because we almost never got our first choices of films. Month after month we received only the films that were at the bottom of our list, those we'd added just to fill out the list. We got tired of never being able to watch the movies we really wanted to watch.

    About one quarter of disks were scratched from lovefilms, as others have mentioned.

    They also seem to be very gung ho with customers' financial details - after an accidental click they charged money from my bank account without telling me (either on screen or by email). They refused to repay me, instead offering me a couple of free rentals (the cheap option).

    Their account cancellation system seems to be difficult to use, requiring you to phone them up to do so.

    love film is a very poor company, took money out of my account on my free trial, didn't have a good selection of dvd's, i t was hard to find a dvd company about that Lovefilm haven't got there grubby hands on
