    Good Points: Fairly consistent in sending you films.


    Bad Points: They never send you movies in your prioritised list. Very poor customer service. Standard email reply to any issues you raise.


    General comments: If you can help it, do not use Lovefilm. Poor and non-existent customer services. They never send you films on your list. They do send you films that are much older, and available to buy for a pound in the clearance racks of most retailers.

    Avoid lovefilm like the plague. Over-rated!
