I have bought 3 pairs of boots, one personalised over the last three years. Always top class service and when I bought a Super 15 shirt which was too big they happily returned it and replaced it with what I wanted. Out of all the rugby sites online Lovell is the one I always go back to time after time, and I really like the free delivery if you're buying a few items. I really like buying from Lovell rugby. They are my first stop when I am looking for new rugby gear. I have never had any problems with them, and the times when I have had to contact customer services, it has always been a fast and smooth process. There are times when I have had to change the address on orders and they quickly respond and change it for me. Would have given them no stars if possible. Absolutely aweful service. Paid for my item and it still has yet to arrive. They say it was delivered but guess they assume I waste mty time trying to get multiple items. They won't send another one out "in case the other one arrive". It clearly hasn't and won't. Total ripoff merchants - don't use them under any circumstances. Absolute rubbish!!!!! (read more)

I ordered two items for my husband's birthday and despite ordering them well in time, it took Lovell Rugby two weeks to email me to say there was a problem with my address and htat they had cancelled my order. I emailed them back asking why they had cancelled my order and what was wrong with my address and they stated that I had entered two postcodes however on checking my order confirmation email, this was not the case. Personally love the company. Very helpful and the speed of delivery is the best I have come across! A lot quicker than Pro Direct Soccer.
There was a boot expert available to speak to when I had questions about the boots which helped a lot. In addition was pleased to find free flip flops and boot bag with the boots, awesome! (read more)

I have used Lovell Rugby/Football on many occasions and have found every dealing with them amazing.

I have ordered a fair amount of football boots and clothing from them and every time they appear the NEXT DAY!!
Sometimes after I've even ordered in the late afternoon!

The quality and deals are always second to none and many friends that I have reccomended the site to are equally impressed with them.

My only quip is that some times when they advertise stock in Magazine's they aren't... (read more)

Lovell Rugby failed to deliver to deadline, and failed to tell me if they'd make it in time. They left me with no time to find replacements... awful!! When I complained they got angry with me and shifted the blame in my direction. They may be good for smaller orders, but I wouldn't recommend them for team wear. Shocking in every sense of the word! Thought I'd write a quick review of Lovell rugby as I was amazed by the service I recieved. I ordered a rugby shirt for £20 at lunch time on monday, I returned home from work on Tuesday to find that the postman had tried to deliver my shirt at 10.30am, how did they do that? I thought it was going to take a week, you can't argue with that. Only thing I would have liked to have changed the delivery address to my work address, as I'm out in day and they don't allow this because of security... (read more)
