Good Points: On the face of it, it's a good product because of the supporting paraphernalia that help get kids interested in it.
Bad Points: Banking staff had no idea how to set one up and the process was hugely long-winded! Lack of staff training at branch.
General comments: Overall, due to customer service issues, I wouldn't bother with the HSBC Young Savers Children's Saving Account.
