“What's happened usually good”

I ordered three items one calander and 2 Christmas cards on the 8th December and paid nearly £9 for next day delivery with estimated dispatch on 11th December. The calander was dispatched on the 11th however I did not receive it until today the 15th!!! And my other two items have not yet been dispatched. Very disappointed and should have saved my money as next day delivery didn't happen. “They try ard, but lots of problems”

I ordered prints with frames. The uploading process was painful, but that could have been due to my browser. PB dealt willingly with my complaint about the quality of a print and provided a credit. However redeeming it was difficult and required several attempts and multiple contacts with their customer service. They try hard, but should perhaps concentrate on getting their customer service right first time… Read Full Review

“Sorry you were misled, send it all back and we will...”

Wanted some calendars with no "supplier" logos on. Could not be sure what marks Photobox include and so contacted them on their "support" online Chat. The response was an unequivocal "our calendars do not have our logos on". With this assurance I ordered a batch. Could not believe it when they arrived with massive logos on the back. “Poor quality printing”

Used this company a couple of time for photobooks and prints. The 6x4 print were of poor quality and colour. The service is okay, but for a company thats primary service is printing its disappointing. Wont be using this company again… Read Full Review

“Photobox - why do I feel ripped off?”

Don't be tempted into buying a 'credit' at the checkout. I found it's a way of getting you to create another book then charge you full price, on top of the price you paid for the 'credit'. I bought a 30 page book at full price from photobox. At the checkout I was sold an extra 'credit' - which seemed liked a good deal for buying a second book. “Excellent product, outstanding customer service”

I have had several Photobooks from Photobox over several years. Occasionally there has been a slight problem with the printing, but, as their advert says, the book has been reprinted to my satisfaction without quibble. “Overcharging”

I received an email quoting £5.99 for an A4 wall calendar. It took me hours to make and at the checkout I was charged over £20 ! I complained and was told the offer was unavailable so I copied it and sent it to them and heard nothing. I have searched the Internet and it is covered with people complaining of overcharging. I advise that this was an account issue, which I have rectified for you, on your account, so if you were to order again, the price of £5.99 for an A4 Wall Calendar should now show in your basket. “COMPLETLY THE WRONG ORDER”

“Cannot use my credits ”

“Takes too long”

“Very late Next day delivery”

I paid extra for the next day delivery of my photoalbum. It was the anniversary paper gift so the delivery date was rather important. The dispatch date was the 13th. On the 15th I still hadn't received anything. When I called they told me they had changed it to the 20th! I wasn't happy they had not informed me and the fact I had now MISSED my anniversary so they refunded me half the price of the album and promised me they would try and send it earlier and keep me updated. “Great product”

I like their product quality. I tend to have problem with their delivery service of large items - courier management issue really. Customer Service is better online than by phone. “Pathetic website ”

What should not have taken more than 20 minutes took over two hours because f the way website is set. Have to go into each picture to crop, pick the size and finish, when, like other websites, could just give tick box option on the side. “3 day fast track”

No problems with book quality since I've ordered many over the years. However, this time. I needed to get the book urgently as it was a 50th birthday present so I paid an extra £9.99 for the 3 day fast track service. Ordered on 6th and am now told to expect delivery on 13th. “constantly begging for reviews”

The thing I detest about photobox is the constant solicitation for reviews. When I contacted them about their emails requesting reviews I was told they were sent every time you place an order. “Don't bother if you want to use your iPad.”

I wanted to make up a Photobook. Even though I downloaded the IPad app I struggled to get going as I repeatedly got the message that access to my photos was denied. I eventually discovered that this was because of the iPad privacy settings which I discovered after one hopeless "live chat" conversation and two calls to customer service. “where my albun - they dont care - they have my cash -...”

Ordered 3 albums, all same pics, in 3 styles. one arrived quickly, one due anyday, but the A3 version has been stuck in 'printing' for 3 days over the due 'est' date. If your album is important to you, dont risk PhotoBox. Emailed them, took days to respond, then just saying have sent my complaint up the ladder - woop woop.
