    BIG disappointment. Meant for christmas. Took several weeks. Said it was due to quality control issues and oddly they said it had to go back to the BACK of the queue.Really there are so many better alternitaves that nobody now should be using these time wasters

    Ordered a photobook from photobox which arrived and was very blurred. I complained and in the end had the book changed twice more. The final product was still a little blurred but after 3months of complaining and sending the photobooks back and fore I had lost the will to live due to these guys and so kept theslightly blurred photobook. Strangely they refunded me for the blurred book but failed to tell me. To be fair I have had a photobook from them in the past (2yrs ago) that was fantastic ...

    paper thin, bad quality prints. don't order from photobox. customer service is fast, but useless. no quality management despite green smiley prints, the prints were horrible. easily better prints at home.

    no refund for crap quality prints. shipping is fast, i have to commend that, but no point receiving bad prints fast.

    Interface on PhotoBox can be a little fiddly but the quality of the prints are good.

    I am absolutely incensed at the service i've received from photobox. I will never use them again. All my large prints were incorrectly printed, too dark, colours wrong - when I've tried to complain I've been sent around the houses.

    I bought a photo album online for a wedding anniversary present. Uploading the photos and creating the album online was quite smooth.

    I ordered it 10 days before the anniversary and the website said it would take 3 days to deliver which I though would be plenty of time. It wasn't. After a week I asked by email where the album had got to and they emailed back saying it had been dispacted but was coming from France so might take a while. I emailed a few more times and each time someone new ...

    I have used Photobox quite often, have also had two photobooks which were excellent. But have now almost given up using them since they changed their website. As people have commented before it takes absolutely ages to upload photos and often crashes before you have finished and you have to start all over again. I am at the moment trialling Snapfish.

    Having ordered a few from this company I've now decided to give up and find another!
    In short my pictures always seem to come back with either white lines (border) on the top/bottom or the sides. They told me it was due to me clicking the shrink to fit option? For me I presumed that this would mean the image to fit the WHOLE print rather than the white parts either side of the image.
    Anyway, maybe it's me being thick but their site should be clearer IMO.

    Gonna try Truprint./Snapfish instead a ...

    experienced poor customer service. Slow uploads via IE, Firefox and Safari. a discount code which should have worked on multiple orders (according to their terms) but didn't whenever I tried. I had problems with checkout losing orders - lost them twice at checkout stage and often failed to pay via paypal. Photobox appeared to blame everything but themselves - my cache (emptied daily), busy server (I use FTP), wrong browser (I used firefox which they recommend) wrong java version (its the most up ...

    Customer service at PhotoBox is non-existent - I uploaded a picture for printing as a poster (12"x18"). The print arrived a few days later but was much too dark.I emailed them twice to ask if anything could be done about this, but as yet, almost a week later, I've heard noting.

    Photo printing has become a commodity these days, so we are spoilt for choice. Chose to go with Photobox as i had 70 free pics. P&P was reasonable, however the delivery took a few days.Its also compatible with picasa which i use to manage my images. Apart from that might use them again if they have a decent offer on.

    I personally do not like the new PhotoBox.com, if you make any changes it will take 'forever' to reload the whole page. If you change the print size to say 10" by 7" it flips it to a portrait crop and you have to open it yet again. Photos vanish, random photos show no image and finally if you are doing a big order it will kick all of it out and save a random 31 pictures.

    If Photobox tell you to try a new browser don't listen I have used IE, Safari and Firefox. All of them are the same. ...

    I spent several hours on their website designing 4 calenders for xmas presents. The next day I went back to the website to order them and they had disappeared. Having complained I received 2 e-mails requesting details from me but almost a week later I have no knowledge where my creations have gone. What a waste of time - very disappointed!

    Very, very fast printing and delivery. The products arrived within 2 days. Offer of 1/3 off, so ended up saving £10. The quality of the photo paper is superb, the calendar as a product is also great; clear and professional. Minimal packaging, every little helps towards a greener planet! Would recommend to anybody..

    Ordered 60 prints in June - they printed gloss instead of the Matt we asked for. They did put it right, but a really stupid mistake...

    Ordered photos for father-in-law's birthday (tomorrow), which were allegedly dispatch a week ago. These still haven't arrived (despite receiving several other 1st class parcels from other suppliers in the interim).

    Reordered the photos on"guaranteed next business day" courier delivery yesterday. These haven't turned up either.

    I reviewd this company before but I wanted to update.
    I finally received my photobooks about 10days ago
    after 4 weeks of getting in touch with them. Yes, it took 1 month to
    get my books. I missed my mum's birthday
    (was supposed to be a gift), was very stressful
    dealing with them. We ordered 4 photo books and
    today, we received another 4!
    Total 8 books arrived, I do not know what
    they are doing and do not know what to do with
    these books! No one to give anymore! ...

    I ordered a small style book. It said it would take three working days to come. It took ten.
    When I unpacked it, the image on the cover had been printed upside down. I feel this shows that their quality control processes may be inadequate.

    I and my family have used Photobox for years with excellent results until my last order which still hasn't arrived after 5 weeks. Phone calls and emails get a temporary fix and an assurance that it is being dealt with only to discover a few days later that nothing has happened. The only recent improvement is that now they admit they don't know what's happening. This is a large order and I'm loath to just overlook it.

    Have waited for over a week after the photobook I ordered was promised.
    Missed my girlfriends birthday, which was why I spent numerous hours creating the book.
    Rang today to find out what has happened only to find that the book is in Manchester! My girlfriend will hopefully get her book sometime this decade fingers crossed. I do not recommend to use photobox, they are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
