Great prints! Bonusprint have never lost a film of mine. However, tried to order some reprints from their web site and found it impossible to do so! Much too complicated a process! Could not access my photos, so took negatives to a photo-processing shop locally. Pity!- Read Guest's review (46 words)

Very unhappy with the quality from bonus print. Photo book order was awful quality even though the same photos I had printed by snapfish were perfect quality.
Avoid bonusprint!- Read Guest's review (29 words)

Order two photo books - one a "medium photobook with window" at £24, the other a small compact book at £7.PHOTOS look AWFUL. terrible. washed out terrible resolution and terrible colours. They may print the normal photos properly, but their photobooks look like they have come of a photocopier. A complete waste of money.I have a canon i965 photoprinter, and the quality is 100 times better.I think a better way is something like these : http://www.marrutt.com/photo-books-explained.p ...- Read Guest's review (140 words)

photos are always good and the delivery is expedient, but I have never been able to access the personal web album which Bonusprint advertise for free. I have tried three times within a week and this part of their business is not working.- Read Guest's review (50 words)

I have used Bonusprint many times over the last 3 years and have always received good service. The prints arrive quickly. On one occasion when I ordered some prints for myself and a friend they all seemed to come out darker than they should be. I knew it wasn't a problem with the photos that had been taken as they were from two different digital cameras and the effect was the same on all of them. I rang Bonusprint, explained the problem and said we'd never had any quality issues before and they ...- Read myrtle5187's review (166 words)

Their customer services side seems to be operated by one person who has no authority whatsoever to help/assist or offer options to solve issues. I have had problems where my card payment was not taken yet I was waiting for the order and had to chase it up 5 times on the telephone. Deliveries not being sent and real issues trying to get replacement. Also most recently and still not resolved the wrong size and finish of print was delivered - and the customer services now tell me that it cannot ...- Read Guest's review (213 words)

Their photos are ok there attitude towards customer service is not. A fault in their computer system lead to large amounts of double printing and they charged me for all of it. They admitted it was their error and asked for the photos back for a refund. I was so pleased. However, it took months and the threat of legal action for a refund. They had no intention of giving a refund after taking the photos back. I was appalled and have never used them since. I felt so cheated.- Read Guest's review (90 words)

Bonusprint - We are all human and make mistake which is why I did nothing about the first two order which I felt were of a poor quality. But when the mistakes are pointed out to them I would hope they would do something about it. In the past I have ordered a lot of photos from them and have always receive good quality prints. I can only guess that something has changed.
I did not send back any of the photos manly from the seemingly poor response I received from their customer care team, who agai ...- Read vixomotosis's review (362 words)

Two years ago one film I sent was lost, though the cheque got through and since then things at Bonusprint have got worse for me..the time it takes to get things has got longer and longer..service by phone and email is confused until this week when enquiring about a film sent some time ago I got a voice reply..which I couldn't understand and when I did I was told my film hadn't arrived..but the next day I got the prints though with the wrong name on them and on the envelope. Previously I have bee ...- Read Katymb's review (147 words)

Having ordered approx. 450 prints, Bonusprint delivered them (a week or so later) with a feint white line across each and every one. I contacted customer services and they advised me to send some back as evidence and they would then reprint them. I had to explain that these were actually wedding photos and needed to be with me quickly. I requested a refund and said that I would get them elsewhere. Rather than action a refund Bonusprint went ahead and initiated a reprint of the photos. My hands w ...- Read digiphotoworks's review (266 words)

I placed an order for some prints and after waiting just over two weeks, postman Pat finally delivered them and I was not happy at the green cast on all the prints. I have contacted customer service but they did not seem helpful and appeared to be blaming me. I took two of the same images to my local TESCO and there was no cast what so ever proving that it was likely a fault with Bonusprint. Again, their customer service did not seem very helpful as they said that TESCO must have corrected the f ...- Read Guest's review (114 words)

I have used Bonusprint for a number of years and have always found the service excellent. My photographs are usually supplied within one week and are always of good quality. None have ever gone astray. I also buy films from them and on the one occasion that I ordered the wrong film Bonusprint exchanged it for the correct one without question.- Read Guest's review (67 words)

Today I received somebody else's photos!! Also I have been waiting since Christmas for mine even though I paid for express service!!! Like most other customers, I cannot find a telephone number which would be preferable to writing to explain the problem! I am now wondering how on earth Bonus print are going to trace my correct photos. The number on my little stickers is 300175xxxx - but it is just as important for the as yet, unknown person whose photos I have got by mistake!- Read wn scott's review (89 words)

I have used them 3 times but never again. First time pictures were very late and customer service very rarely replied. Finally bothered them enough I received a refund. Second time went well. Third time still waiting, I now have very unhappy customers with me. I have sent 14 emails over the past 3 days and received one reply. AWFUL. Also cannot find a phone number to call anyone!- Read cynlyn34's review (71 words)
