  Good Points: look like good quality

  General comments: The Gree KYD32 is out of order 5 years later but only using it for 150 hours! seems like no more gaz for freezing now, and it explains why 2 years ago i was thinkink that it was no so cold that it should have been.
  Noisy, and if you put it on 2rd position the compressor doesn't seem to go faster only the air is ejected faster (but less cool!).

  I have taken my Gree KYD32 air conditioning to be fixed but they could not find out where the problem is. But it still leaks. It even leaked on to my wood floor in the living room making the wood lift off the floor. I now have to spend a small fortune to get the floor fixed.

  This is so much nicer than a window unit and I don't have to cool the whole house when we are using one room.

  The Gree KYD32 is ideal for office use - seems much more sturdily built and far more effective than our last one which was bought from a DIY store. Great support and service from aircon247.com who supplied the unit

  Excellent cooling. Built well. Remote control is very handy. Excellent if you want a powerful portable conditioner. Bit noisy - but I've used it in the bedroom and can sleep through it better than I could sleep through a hot summer. I'm going to sell mine and replace it with a permanent installation.

  The Gree KYD32 is an outstanding little unit. Ideal if your windows are high or awkward like mine. Kidproof! blower literally taakes your breath away. If only it had a proper understandable handbook (I have a Bsc (HONS) 2x Dip H.E. doing my CCNA and I cant figure it! Strip and rebuild an engine, cooker, fridge.. but this!!
