What a waste of time Royal Mail is now, I used to send all my ebay sales through them but no more. I found a new courier - Parcel2Go, they use Yodel, not had one problem so far. I have now sent 12 items through Yodel, they pick up from my agreed leaving place and every parcel I track arrives with no complaints… Read Full Review

i so sick of ordering things online for them to turn up the day or so after they should have arrived , ive waited in on several occassions now , im at the moment waiting on 3 orders 2 are late , 1 of which should have been redelivered , im actually sure which item came today when it shouldnt and i was out for an hr , but thanks anyway , its a terrible service unless you pay for next day delivery , the royal mail needs some competition i think asap , it may stop taking its customers for granted… Read Full Review

I used to sell my items on ebay and every week i used to get people stating that they havent received anything. Out of every 100 parcel i send at least 3 went missing. I tried to claim lost under their £36 so called never given compensation and could not go anywhere,
They do ask you to prove value of item which i send the my sales invoice from ebay , and the ask me to send them an invoice from supplier-- what a lot of rubbish , i sold an item , packed it , and send it via ROYAL MAIL… Read Full Review

I have been away for a week - on my return there is a note from the royal mail that a package has been left in my Green Bin - there is no dates reference etc.
Guess what my green bin has been emptied presumably with the package from - not a clue! I was aware that my green bin was to be emptied this week so I removed it from my gated yard and brought it to the front of my house corner so that my neighbour could put it at the bottom of my drive for collection on Thursday - it would in my opinion… Read Full Review

Tried on numerous occasions to arrange redelivery. Found it too difficult to speak to someone direct and left messages. Tried to collect item from local post office and was told not there. Had no idea if problem with the delivery office or local post office. Received item after numerous telephone calls and visits to post office nearly two weeks after my original phone call. I think the Royal Mail offers the worst postal service I have experienced, I simply want to get my package delivered or collect it myself and I want to speak to someone at my local sorting office to find out if the package has got back from the failed delivery.
Tell me how I do that with the system which is cleared geared to prevent giving any service to the customer in my opinion. I do not recommend Royalmail.com… Read Full Review

The Royal Mail Card www.royalmail.com was very good but getting worse now. Not easy to connect now, maybe need to try 3 or more times, or you will get "service is cleared"… Read Full Review
