General comments: I think the Royal Mail offers the worst postal service I have experienced, I simply want to get my package delivered or collect it myself and I want to speak to someone at my local sorting office to find out if the package has got back from the failed delivery.
Tell me how I do that with the system which is cleared geared to prevent giving any service to the customer in my opinion. I do not recommend Royalmail.com.

The Royal Mail Card www.royalmail.com was very good but getting worse now. Not easy to connect now, maybe need to try 3 or more times, or you will get "service is cleared".

This Royal Mail Card is great to use with your mobile phone,
you make great savings on your mobile phone bill!
You also get cheap international calls (1p/min) from your mobile phone!
