Good Points: Excellent gameplay, a dash of hack and slash, a spoonful of demons and magic, a drop of excellent combos and your away.
Bad Points: The version I played was Japanese didn't have a clue what was going except that if a guy's hitting you, you hit him back, options took me awhile to figure out too, but luckily the first one is usually start.
General comments: Unfortunately we live in blightly which is sadly attached to those EU dollar loving europeans, which means most games have to been screened usually by Japanese and American markets so we don't get these great games until years later. Fortunately they've changed their mind about Otogi 2 and it is coming out over here in Febuary( so my sources say).
So it was quite difficult to understand in Japanese but one thing which is universal is fighting style and that I can definitely vouch for. There are some excellent combos and magic abilities, of course some of this will be reminicent of Onimusha series.
I have played a demo of the British version that will be coming out it was advanced into the game on some boss and was very nice to play with menus in English. Look out for this in the shops, don't let it pass up as Otogi 1 did which is now quite hard to find in high street stores.
