    Good Points: Small friendly hotel, easy to make friends,very helpful staff.


    Bad Points: Beach are a little over crowded. Food some days excellent others not so good.


    General comments: Nice small hotel with very friendly staff. Food on some days not the best, although chef very obliging and was prepared to cook additional meals if you were not happy with the menu. No hesitation in recommending.

    Our holiday to Mauritius was an excellent holiday, which could only have improved had the Le Palmar Beach been an adult only resort. We specifically booked before school holidays, but there were a number of small children who weren't kept under control by their parents, and they ran around the dining room and pool area. One party of adults took advantage of the unlimited drinks and caused a scene while drunk, but this was quickly quashed by a waitress possessing excellent customer service skills ...

    Le Palmar Beach Resort is Excellent value for money, small friendly clean hotel good food and great pancakes by the pool in the afternoon.

    Le Palmar Beach Resort:
    What a wonderful, relaxed holiday. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful. Tips are pooled so all they ask is that you put something in the kitty on reception when you leave (if you want, no obligation. Restaurant had a nice mix of buffet meals and a la carte, though breakfast was always buffet.
