Good Points: Yet another helping of good, simple, everyday recipes from a chef who appreciates that not everyone has time to spend in the kitchen all day.

Bad Points: None

General comments: I recently bought this book from my book club - have to say I have not been a big fan of Ainsley's, but since getting this book, I must say I have changed my mind. The recipes include everyday favourites, to dinner party delights, and I have to say all seem very simple and not over complicated. I have cooked a couple of the recipes already, and they have worked out brilliantly. A great book for those short evenings after work, and also for the slightly longer days at the weekend. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.
