Good Points: This is one of the most honest and naked songs I've heard in a very long time.
Bad Points: There aren't any.
General comments: Darren Hayes, Darkness - After listening to this song a countless number of times, I was shocked to wipe tears from my cheek as I listened to it while waiting for my husband last week. This is a song that crept into the very deepest part of my psyche, one that deconstructs the way I feel in my own 'darkness'. Darren has always had a way with words, but this time he touches on something so deep and so dark that even those who have passed him off as someone to ignore won't be able to pass this one up.

Darren Hayes, Darkness - The CD grabs you from the first minute until the end. The lyrics are masterfully done by Darren and the music...so new, so right. Most definitely the best CD I own.

Darren Hayes, Darkness - This is a song that lets you take a peek into the heart and mind of Darren Hayes. He felt like he was living in "Darkness" for such a long time. As a boy he was subject to abuse by an alcoholic father. He's come to terms with his Dad, but it's left its mark and this song deals with a lot of his feelings from that time.
