Good Points: features, picture quality, sky controls!
Bad Points: not the most striking of designs
General comments: The Toshiba V-752UK is without doubt the most impressive VCR that I have so far owned. the features include the amazing sky control that allows you to record up to 6 seperate programes on 6 different sky chanels whilst you are away, via a remote emiter that is built into the top of the unit...and it actualy works!!!
The picture quality from both pre recorded tapes and from home recorded ones is amazing ( I watch it through a 36" picture frame tv that shows up even slight problems!)
The sound is also good with a good punchy bass and healthy mid range and only a slight wobble in the treble range to spoil it.
The looks are of course subjective, but I feel that the deck is not the most modern of lookers, but this is a very minor complaint for what is a top drawer VCR....RECOMENDED.
