    Atlantic are like a breath of fresh air in today's world of Call Centres where far too often problems aren't resolved first time. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They even sorted out an ongoing problem I had with British Gas which had prompted me to switch in the first place. They manage to deal with everything promptly and efficiently, and best of all there doesn't seem to be any of this transferring from one department to another and being on hold all the time. Every time I have called, the representative I speak to solved the issue themselves. Well done Atlantic!

    We have been with Atlantic Electric and Gas for a couple of years and I can't say I have any problems with them to date. The loyalty refund was paid on time after being with them twelve months and, having lost my job last year, they were helpful in agreeing not to raise the cost of my gas when prices were rising.     I moved from Atlantic Electric and Gas because I moved house which I rented and called for final bill.
    After three weeks I called them again. They wanted £1000 from me. I don't know what to do with this. They asked me what I used in the house, but I don't use nothing but normal things. They say the first bill was wrong and every next were wrong as well. I was customer for one year, they never gave information that electricity use is so high.

    We have found Atlantic to be excellent. They show how they calculate your monthly payments (actual energy usage for previous 12 months x cost divided by 12). We get a loyalty bonus for being with them for over 12 months that makes them even better value for money compared to the rest.

    So long as a company such as Atlantic Electric and Gas remains cheap and service good and customer relations good then I will continue forever. Mess up and I move.

    If the atlantic call centre says they will deal with a problem they do and they come back to you as promised a good service and simple to deal through

    They have excellent customer service when you get through to them and their communication via letter is excellent to. There prices do not increase like other suppliers.

    My business electricity has just gone up with this compny by over 100%. After speaking to them by telephone they were unable to offer better rates

    Atlantic have been brilliant with excellent helpful and friendly customer service. I just got my first loyalty rebate. Each year you are with them, they rebate you for one month's use on gas an one month's use on electricity. I just got £110 back! They are the cheapest gas and electricity suppliers around. I can save a bit more if I switch to Scottish Power - but their customer care ratings are in third place and Atlantic is in 1st place, so I will be staying with Atlantic. When the energy ...

    I am looking for a new supplier electric and gas supplier, as Atlantic Electric and Gas offer very poor meter readings. Few live visits, and the live visits were by people who could not read the meter properly, and I was under-read by 10000 kwts. I then had a bill of over £900 sterling when I read the meter properly!

    This has to be the most incompetent company I have ever had dealings with. When I moved house the first time I expected to switch all the details over to the new address, just like BT. Instead you have to cancel your direct debits and start them up again. What a waste of time. It took ages to get a refund off them. When I moved house the second time I decided to cancel completely and gave them details of the landlord's agent who would deal with utility bills from that date on. They logged this a ...
