Good Points: None.
Bad Points: Overbilled £240 for 4 directory enquiry calls!
General comments: We were very seriously overbilled and are still trying to sort it out. Our phone company shut down out service as we had gone over our "limit" and we are now left to sort it out between companies.

Received a text of the numbers plus a link with maps, driving directions, what's nearby...
Using the Orange 118 000 directory enquiries service seems to be cheaper from my Orange phone, and quicker than other companies.

Didn't 192 used to cost 50p? It was great to see my bill and only be charged 49p for using the Orange directory enquiry service.
