    Good Points: Run by one of the major providers in the UK, much below the current average of £1.23 per call at 35p. Flat rate.


    Bad Points: Although not much more, still not the cheapest.


    General comments: 118 288 Directory Enquiries (Kingston Communications) - I found 4 other providers that were cheaper, however as I am not a regular user I cannot comment on customer service; maybe also other bonuses such as SMS, texting and number of searches could be the reason for higher prices of other services. The lowest I found was 118802 at 27 pence, the highest 118505 at £4.50 for the same call. There are currently at least 54 providers (some may actually be the same company), some only with one number and others with 29... 118288 I counted 28 lines for the same provider at the same rate.
