Bad Points: 1. Taste's vile

General comments: I'm not sure if this is classed as a Lloyd Grossman sauce but thought I'd leave a comment anyway.....I have just been unfortunate enough to taste a Lloyd Grossman Maris Piper Potato & Leek soup....I am a lover of Leek & Potato soup so thought I would treat myself(£1.39 being the price)to the Lloyd Grossman brand.....Well let's just say it's after lunch and I'm starving - this has absolutely no resemblance to anything Leek or Potato like - other than the lumps of potato included....A friend of mine thinking I was being overly fussy taste tested it too. "Wallpaper paste" was her comment - "only this would be much tastier".....
SORT YOUR ACT OUT!! I really wouldn't normally bother voicing my opinion, but I would really hate for anyone else to get ripped off from buying the stuff......THIS PROVES TO ME THAT LLOYD AS A FOOD CRITIC HAS MOST OBVIOUSLY LOST HIS SENSE OF TASTE AND THIS SOUP BELONGS IN THE MASTER CHEF LOSERS BIN.....
