    Good Points: Fairly easy to use and fun to work with


    Bad Points: No technical support unless you want to pay an additional $40.00. The instruction manual is very basic so I purchased another manual which wasn't much help either. I'm trying to capture analog video and have not been able to figure out how to do this using Premiere Elements. It is extremely frustrating and to be charged $40 MORE to ask a question to their technical support staff is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend Adobe products for this reason.


    General comments: While I have enjoyed using Adobe Premiere Elements I would NOT recommend it. There is NO technical support available unless you want to pay $40.00. The instruction manual is very vague at best and incomplete. All I need to know is how to capture analog video data into Adobe Premiere Elements and I have to pay $40.00 to find out this information. I think this is a total RIP OFF.

    Adobe Premiere Elements is a first class piece of software, it is easy to use, relatively easy to learn and for the price it can't be beaten.

    This software allows you to copy all your footage from the camera in one go, has hundreds of transition and cutting effects and when you're finished it allows you to save your film onto dvd or video, into popular file types for the web and into file types compatible with mobile phones and pocket PC's.
