Good Points: My Krups Novo is really easy to use and clean, and makes consistently good coffee and froth. I've had it for 3 years and it works like a dream every morning.
Bad Points: If the coffee is too coarsely ground, the coffee comes out weak and watery. If it is too finely ground, the coffee drips out VERY slowly, but has a good flavour. Getting the balance right is tricky.
General comments: As with every coffee machine I've had and learned lessons from, I use filtered water in the Krups FNCI Novo coffee machine, and I always turn the froth nozzle on for a quick clear-out blast after I've made my coffee, to prevent old milk clogging inside. I don't think that the Krups Novo is any more prone to clogging than any other machine.
