“Special offer for one person, can't seem to book for...”

I wanted to take daughter to London. Offer of £4.99 one way per person. Computer booking system rubbish. After four attempts only one ticket bookable and fare £7 each way. Total fare if book both people separately £28. If book one at £7, how can guarantee next fare is same price. “disgusting customer attitude”

NR makes changes to timetables without ever informing passengers, displaying any notice on stops or inside coaches. Today again I turned up for my coach to get to work and it turned out the coach is not going anymore. Would not cost anything to post some info, but they do not care. “No service!”

I booked 2 tickets to go to the airport. The coach scheduled to arrive at on June 7th at 13:16 and any subsequent coach for the next hour failed to arrive. “Get the the train”

Bought a coach ticket to go from London to Brighton for £10.50 as apposed to a £17 train fair. Delayed trains meant that I had missed my coach and was sent to 'amend' my ticket. This amendment cost another £8.50, to get a coach an hour later, which was barely half full. When I booked the ticket it said it was a straight journey to Brighton. “Worst travelling experience EVER!!!”

My friend and I had the worst experience ever. For our return from Cambridge, we went to the bus stop at 17:45, so ok we were just on time, the departure was for 17:45. but the driver was selling our ticket to 2 other people. the girl still had the bills in her hands and the driver told us it's too late the bus is full. “Comfortable, safe and good value but not reliable enough.”

The drivers are friendly, helpful and safety conscious. The coaches are modern and comfortable.National Express can offer much better value than the train, particulary when booked close to the time of travel. However, although cancellations are rare, late running is a serious problem. This can happen even early in the morning when traffic congestion should not be an issue. Dear Sirs & Madams, I had booked my fare back from Victoria Coach Station to Gatwick Airport on the 08.04.2015 at 04:30h (Ticket Number: FWQK-01-3E8B6 ). The red Busses in London were running late this morning (as the staff admitted), so we arrived at the Coach Station 04:28h, the coach was still there, but the staff refused to let us and 3 other travellers enter the bus. I was traveling with my young child to gatwick, miss all the train connection be ouse the fly was 2 hours delay, I asked one of your driver how could I go to heatrow without realised the couch behind it was going there, he send me to buy a tkt for a couch I sould be wait for onother 2 hours. “The last trip with NE.”

We travelled two days ago from Leeds to London and back. The AC system did not work on both legs. Sky windows were the only way of getting fresh air. Moreover the heating radiators in the saloon were very hot all the time, even if the outside temperature was 18-20C and the driver claimed the heating was off. As soon as the coach slowed down it would become unbearably hot and heavy inside. Everyone attempted to fiddle with the overhead AC controls but in vain - AC was dead. “Service for disabled”

My wife and I,both in our eighties and both disabled, travelled by National Express from Bristol to Norwich recently. Firstly , when booking the journey, the operater was extreemly helpful in ensurnig that we obtained the best deal. I was asked where we would like to sit, what time we would like to travel and what time we would like arrive at out destination etc. The journey to London from Bristol was on time as was the onward journey to Norwich. The moment I stepped onto the coach I was bombarded with a thick smelly humid atmosphere due to the lack of atmospheric circulation. Was not told about the first pickup being Victoria so when we got on the coach was full leaving 4 of our booked seats completely separate. My coach was scheduled for 3:15pm and upon checking on the day a rough 20minutes before this time I found out the coach was delayed until 3:27pm on the coach tracker app. National expresses coach tracker app. I decided to get there for 3:10pm anyway as the timing of these coaches are unreliable. A group of us missed a coach change within a few minutes of getting off the first one. We were left behind in Exeter. Rang customer service and within and hour they arranged us a transport for free to reach Heathrow airport. They checked what time is our flight and made sure we make it in time. Had paid National Express online for the journey in full and one of the connecting bus didn't turn up to goto the airport and I had to pay £50.00 extra for the taxi to reach on time.. Horrible customer service 24hrs line.. When I told them that I had to take a taxi, they Said it was my choice to take a taxi and they cannot do anything about it..
