Thunder trucks are perfect for me, they have that cruising style with it's lightness and its smooth turnings, thats what thunders are all about. (read more)

My thunders are great! Except that my bushings are really soft so they turn really easily and copress alot. It makes it harder to land tricks for me at least. Finally the axle is not so smooth but it's ok for bordslides and stuff! (read more)

I have had 4 pairs of thunders through out my years skateboarding. Every pair I had was really good. My favorite pair was the Marc Johnson pro model thunders. I liked the thunders because they had a low kingpin and a lot of clearance, they slid amazingly when they were new, and they had really good turning, and there wasn't any of that leaning to one side bs that most trucks have with the bushings. overall these are one of the best trucks in skateboarding. They last quite a long time, and... (read more)

On my 3rd pair now and would never change, such a good truck. Great all round trucks, light and feel nice to ride. Standard bushings are soft which is good but blow out easily. (read more)

Thunder High's are fantastic trucks, and very light for high trucks. All my mates love them! They are great to grind, long-lasting, and nice to look at.

Other than the wrench thing (I have an Alien Workshop Zip tool which I can't use to tighten/loosen trucks with) - the Thunder High are great trucks.
The bushings that come with them are really soft - you can't get them tight or medium tight. I swapped them for some Shorty's do medium hards and now the trucks are perfect.
They grind great, there is a lot of kingpin clearance. more than other trucks (except for weak king pinned grind kings - inverted kingpins suck anyway-very weak). The...

These are what I skate now and I just love them. they will take anybody out they are they strong, the only problem I've had with them is I broke one kingpin and it had a good reason to break so I let it slide but these are worth stealing money out of your moms purse for. (read more)

I bought the Thunder High trucks about 3 months ago right before the winter. For about two full months, they sat on my desk untouched, and then the snow started to melt. I took my board, threw on these trucks and some rictas . I went on my patio and started to skate. Right away I loved these trucks, they are the best. After a while, I got a flatbar and started to grind on my patio. For three days straight, thats all I did was grind. 50-50,five-0, smith, nosegrind, feeble, salad,... (read more)
