Bought one of these in Silver with side door handle for our new kitchen. Was very pleased with it but after about 9 months warning light came on. Company sent engineer to fit new thermostat but when he arrived decided it was unrepairable! They sent a replacement fairly quickly but completely changed model. Now black with top door handle which meant it was difficult to open as we had unit under a worktop. Worse still the shelves now changed to fit more bottles but no normal wine bottles fit... Shelves on this Baumatic BWE40 are poor. They don't sit properly, are awkward to slide in and out and are already bending after less than a month. It does the job ok, but the shelf issue is really irritating. (read more)
