    Good Points: Healthy eating, drains all the fat awayQuick cooking - due to double sided grill


    Bad Points: Had 3 of them - different models - all stopped working either inside 1 year or shortly after warranty expired.


    General comments: Only get the one with removal grill plates or impossible to clean, non stick surface scrubs off after a while...

    We have had two of these. The first died after a year - the little on/off buttons split & could not be replaced. We thought we were unlucky & bought a second & lo & behold this is also just out of warranty & there is a short somewhere within the floating hinge so another George for the scrapheap. This time we're going to buy a Breville.

    We had the George Foreman 10099 Big George longer than the warranty. When it stopped working after the warranty had expired, I called the company to see if I could get it fixed...even if I had to pay a fee for it. They said there was nothing they could do. The warranty had expired. I called around to small appliance repair shops and they couldn't fix it either because the parts are not made available to them. Therefore, disposable.
