“Bread does not fit !”

Average slice of bread does not fit fully into slots so prepare for part bread part toast! Dials to control length of toasting are loose and easily knocked so can toast can burn. Worst of all it is starting to rust despite never being in contact with water. Do not waste your money on such a poor product. (read more)

Had this toaster for about 18 months, worked well at first, then the thermostat on one side failed, so left with one side only working properly, then other side failed completely and kept tripping out my electricity circuit breakers.Most unsatisfactory, wouldn't consider buying this product again. Bought to match kettle but regret doing so. This is without doubt the slowest toaster i have ever used. Three minutes to cook toast is unacceptable, even more so when you factor in the over the top price of the toaster. A cheap supermarket toaster would be a lot quicker and a fraction of the price. It might look good but its just so annoying. (read more)

Just off to buy another toaster - the second element has just gone. Survived when one element went but can't toast anything.
This DeLonghi CTM4023 toaster is not worth the cost - I could have bought 2 cheaper ones that would have lasted longer.
I would NOT recommend it - the kettle was the same - started leaking after 4 months.

I have the matching kettle and DeLonghi CTM4023 toaster, and I found them to be very good. No complains here, and I would recommend them to a friend.
The toaster is very stylish. I love it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I bought a matching DeLonghi kettle and toaster, and the kettle broke within a year. It started leaking, and I tried to get it changed, but as I didn't keep the receipt I had no joy. I bought the same kettle again to match the toaster, and the timer and some buttons no longer work on the toaster, and the kettle has just started leaking again. I kept the receipt this time!! Hi I just wondered if you had better look with the other DeLonghi products. Its nice to get the same manufacturer so that appliances look the same, maybe you were just unlucky?
