    Good Points: looks OK
    screen pretty


    Bad Points: see above


    General comments: the binatone symphony g10 phone is truly awful phone - do not buy!
    buttons do not respond
    Cuts off
    batteries don't hold charge
    can't access answerphone messages
    first number dialled does not come up and have to repeat dialling twice
    Takes hours to get through to helpline on 0845 number
    helpline blames me and denies problem with phone

    would not recommend

    We are on our second set of Binatone phones in one Year. We have 3 handsets and I would not recomment you but these.

    We have had constant problems of them switching off. Losing connection with the base. With one of the hand sets people complain they can't hear us clearly.
