    Good Points: The staff were really friendly.


    Bad Points: The shows at night were not great.


    General comments: We loved the Riviera Maya hotel and the food and the staff so much we are going back next year so our friends can get married there.

    Great food. Great site. Friendly and helpful staff at the Bahia Principe Tulum. Fantastic facilities. Rooms are a bit tired. Gourmet restaurants overrated. Do not go during September and October as this is the rainy season.

    More things to do then you could ever think of!!!!! Bad point, had to wake up early in the morning to leave....very sad day. Love love loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend Riviera Maya, Bahia Principe Tulum and will be coming back

    The Bahia Principe Tulum hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico is a very very good hotel. Everything was spectacular! I would recommend this hotel to anybody thinking of going to Mexico, who wants to just unwind.

    Bahia Principe Tulum was one of the most fantastic holidays ever, very close to Xel-Ha for swimming with dolphins. Local buses (white mini vans) can be flagged down right outside the hotel and this is much cheaper than the taxis, we were very dubious to start but this was VERY safe and we had no problems at all. Cannot fault this hotel!
